Masami ranch in northern california is the only certified 10+ domestic wagyu available in the U.S. one of the most important factors for grading beef quality is "marbling," which refers to the fine white streaks of fat that run through lean beef & enhance flavor & tenderness. This explains why the "wagyu" melts in your mouth for a sensational burst of flavor from the very first bite.

The experience is worth the expense. Yes it’s a bit pricey but it’s the top of the top so, I guess you get what you pay for. This chef is baking even the bread from scratch. The soup I had was excellent and I consider...More

Our server (Ahmed) was exceptional! The manager was also very informative about our wine selection and picked a great bottle. We had the octopus, filet mignon and the braised rib, all of which was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. Highly recommend Angle!
