I have been to this place dozens of times probably. My girlfriends and I like to sit on the patio, drink frozen drinks, and eat apps while laughing and talking for a few hours. It’s always fine. Nothing major to write home about - just...a nice place to hang out. The drinks are tasty - I LOVE that they have so many options to try. The people that work there have always been nice. Well, Friday night we went and had a slightly different experience than usual. We sat ourselves on the patio - like always - and noticed after about 20 min that no one had come over. We casually mentioned to each other maybe we were supposed to order at the bar since, at the time, no one else was seated outside but there were people were around the little tiki bar. Didn’t think much else about it and kept talking. We weren’t in a hurry or anything so we didn’t really mind. Everyone knows the whole world is short staffed right now thanks to the pandemic. We would have eventually gotten up and meandered over the bar. A few minutes later, Alecia came out. She asked us how long we had been there and apologized profusely for missing us. We truly weren’t upset at all. She brought menus and stayed patiently while we decided and took our drink order quickly. She went over and above for us all night and was SO kind and funny each time she came to our table. She 100% made the night for us. My friend ALWAYS orders the Slater but unfortunately they were out. Alecia offered to give her samples of anything she wanted to try and then ended up bringing her a free drink instead of a sample. We talked and sipped on our drinks for awhile and kept forgetting to look at the menu. She checked on us multiple times and didn’t even seem slightly annoyed that we weren’t ready to order. Each time she came over with smile on her face and a positive attitude. Once we finally ordered the food was delivered quickly and she checked back frequently to make sure everything was okay. She is really fantastic! Alecia deserves all the praise in the world!More

We choice this venue to eat supper because on their website, they advertise half price appetizers Monday thru Thursday from 4-6pm. We arrived at 5:00pm and was told they no longer offer that special. So much for keeping your website current & updated. So we...started with some regular priced appetizers, oysters on the half shell, cheese fries, shrimp dip, cheese sticks, fried pickles and grouper bites. The majority of the appetizers were really good, especially the oysters, grouper bites and shrimp dip. They had a special $5.00 watered down Daiquiris. The rest of the meal wasn’t so tasty. We ordered parmesan chicken tenders, classic cuban, shak burger, key west mahi wrap, patty melt and the beach bum fried shrimp sandwich. The chicken tenders came with no Parmesan cheese, the cuban was like getting meat from Subway, the mahi wrap was sent back because the fish had a strong fishy smell and tasted horrible the rest of the food average, nothing special. Our server, Alexandria, provided ok service nothing award winning. Would go back for appetizers but skip their dinner menu.More

We stayed at a nearby hotel and tried the Daiquiri Shak for lunch. Sign says they open at 11am. We arrived at 11:15 to find a chain across the entrance and 3 assumed employees sitting at an outside table. I asked what time do you...open, and one said "in a little bit." We went elsewhere for lunch.More

Imagine the dumbest people that you met in HS and then imagine them running a bar and restaurant. Service is slow, order was completely mishandled and the food was below par. You get to watch the staff strut around and brag about ignoring mask policy....Place is also not very clean. Avoid like the plague or you may find yourself actually getting it.More

Stopped by and got seated immediately but service was extremely slow. I believe this wasn't the fault of the server but the lack of servers. Our friendly server was overwhelmed by the amount of tables she had to take care of and rightly so. We...ordered wings as an appetizer and wanted dinner however she never came back for our food order. We were able to flag her down for more drinks but it was difficult. Band was great and it was open mic night so we heard some other talented people as well. However, we were seated at a table behind the sound board and the bands sound guy made it clear we were in his way and shouldn't have been put there. My husband forgot his jacket when we left and when we went back the next day we were told they didn't have it.More

This place looks like a dive but it was awesome. Grouper is a must and the mixed vegies were good too.

We were greeted by the waitress/hostess upon getting there and were told we could sit anywhere. I grabbed four menus before we sat outside. That was the last time we saw any of the wait staff. We waited twenty minutes before getting up and leaving....Glad we did, the Lucky Lizard next door was great.More

Went on 12-27 the waitress sat us at a high top table by the sound guy for a group called the Band. A few minutes after we were seated a guy approached us and rudely said can you move! We said why and he said...rudely because I need in here! We moved to the next table and waited about 15 minutes and no one waited on us so I went to the bar and got drinks. The girl behind the bar said hasn’t anyone waited on you? I said no. We finished our drinks without anyone waiting on us we were hungry. We left and went to another restaurant. I will say when I went to the bar and ordered rum runners they were excellent!More

Just went for a few drinks and hear some guy playing/singing on the outside deck. Not a fan of beer in plastic cups but it is what is. Saw they had grouper nuggets as an appetizer so we got some. Was really disappointed in the...taste. Came out in square pieces and it honestly looked like a fish sandwich from McDonalds. If you just want drinks this could be a go to place but I would rather try other places next time.More
