While we were eating, our waitress put our bill on our table, even though we never asked for it. I didn’t want to give my sister a chance to pay it, so I inserted my card. We then asked for a half portion of extra meat, but the waitress at first refused because I had inserted my card, and we had an argument. Because of the argument, we did not enjoy our dinner here. Our waitress was likely rude because the restaurant automatically adds a 18% tip, even on the tax, so she had no incentive to be nice. We have traveled often throughout Korea and Asia, and eaten Korean food all over the world, because it is my wife’s favorite. In comparison, the quality of our food here was pretty mediocre, even considering it is all-you-can-eat. The bulgogi and japchae were adequate, but the bibimbap was only rice sprinkled with a few chopped vegetables. The restaurant was also dirty.

We've eaten at Korea House for years, and have never been disappointed - my wife is Korean, and I lived in Korea for three years - until the restaurant was taken over by new owners. Two months ago, I had the Lunch Box pork bulgogi. Some slices of the meat were tough and chewy, not tender. Today, I tried the dolsot bibimbap. The rice was mushy - unbelievable that an Asian restaurant can't cook a decent serving of rice. Once we were served, our waitress disappeared. I finally found someone else who brought us another pot of tea. I embarrassed by wife, but I was brutally frank with the owner, expressing my disappointment over the food and service. The owner begged us to give her another chance. That was the second strike; one more (strike three), and I'll find another Korean restaurant.

I went for first time and was the best experience. The waitress was fantastic and the chef as well. We order various services and everything was delicious. They treat us very kind. I really recommend this place, and i will go back again. Very pleased!

Chicken is tough and rubbery. Rice cake was better after they recooked but still kinda mushy. Service is good. Chef should learn how to cook authentic Korean food and use better quality of chicken . We used to go there pretty often and but the food was not good as before.

New Owners as of 9/2022 Have DESTROYED This Once Enjoyable Restaurant...Absolutely Shameful After having been faithful customers of this restaurant for over 20 years I can tell you, WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! The New owners as of September 2022 have completely ruined a once enjoyable restaurant with extremely rude servers and an unwillingness to replace squid, to which I am allergic, with shrimp which we have been doing for a very long time. It took the server, kitchen and manager 25 minutes to inform us that they would not honor our request even though we had already offered to pay any additional charge. So here's the deal, the new owners have significantly raised the prices to the point of Doubling the price on many items like Galbi, this combined with rude servers, ignorant kitchen staff and a completely obnoxious manager will prevent us from ever returning to this restaurant. Please do not waste your time or money by visiting this disgraceful place. We immediately left and drove to eat at LITTLE SAIGON Vietnamese Restaurant on Colonial Drive 50 in Orlando and had a GREAT reasonably priced enjoyable meal. Give them a try if you can't find any other good Korean places, we haven't found any so far. https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g34400-d489744-r877854137-Korea_House_Restaurant-Longwood_Florida.html#

My family and I (myself, husband, and daughter) went to have dinner with friends of ours (family of 3). We decided to go to the Korean House a little late and my daughter had already eaten dinner. She wanted to spend time with the friends we went with so she did not want to eat. When the waitress came to our table she said we would have to pay for my daughter if she was going to sit at the table. I told the waitress to please take her silverware, glass, and any plates and I promise she will NOT be eating. The waitress then told us my daughter could sit at a different table (by herself) then we wouldn't get charged. I informed the waitress that my daughter would NOT sit alone at a table and we will leave if she cannot sit with us without being charged. The waitress went and spoke to a manager and can came back to say that my daughter could sit at the table with us but if she saw us giving her one piece of food she would charge us full price. I again informed her we will not feed her any food. On a side note if we had not been invited to dinner by our friends we would have left already. The food was eventually served to us. It was average Korean food especially for $30 per person. Once the bill came there was an automatic gratuity charge on the bill. The waitress wasn't even worth a 2% tip let alone 18%-20%. I do not recommend this restaurant. Very rude staff and food was nothing to brag about.

I ordered a beef bento box, and everything was very good. I also had a glass of Korean wine which was excellent. I wish I could remember the name of it, but I'd go back just for the wine!

The food was floating in oil. We thought the noodles with vegetables and beef were over cooked and also in too much oil.

My coworkers and I order at this restaurant on a pretty regular basis the past 3 years. We noticed that the service was getting worse as time goes by. My coworker called for a pick up order and was told that they just opened and to call back 30 minutes later! We have people who did not like kimchi so we asked not to put it in their lunch which before was not a problem but now we were told to just take it out ourselves! Was very surprised how this place seems to have no idea about providing good customer service. Very disappointed as they do have good food.

Had the brisket, bulgogi and pork belly. Our favorite was the bulgogi and brisket. Make sure if you want the All You Can Eat you order off of that menu vs. the standard menu. Tables are tight with all of the sides but definitely yummy!

What a great experience! We love going to NYC to get authentic Korean food cooked tabletop but now we can have it close to home too! The meat was very fresh and flavorful, the sides were great and the kimchi pancake was everything I hoped it would be!!

What is going on with Korea House Longwood. We’ve been coming here for over 5 years and used to love the place. the last 2 visits the service has been terrible. He lady almost threw the plates and side dishes on the table. No courtesy not smile what so ever. We smiled and tried to better the situation and it did nothing. It’s sad, good food and terrible service. We’re going to have to start going to another Korean restaurant.

Service is impeccable. The Galbi is just superb and the portion is excellent. The meat succulent. The taste is perfect. The kimchi is wonderful. If you love Korean food, there is only one place to go in the entire tri-County area. This is it.
