Party of two couples arrived on a Sunday evening and seated promptly in this restaurant where normally you can expect a wait. Inside it was busy, noisy, and families with children. But we were to find that the food is well prepared and the service...is very good. We began with a large pitcher of red sangia. We ordered pulpo a la parrilla, an octopus dish that was the special appetizer for the night and peruvian corn tamales. Both very tasty. For our entrees we had two specials, red snapper and sea bass, arroz con mariscos similar to fish paella and chupe de camarones which is a big bowl of bisque soup filled with several good sized shrimp, peas, rice, poached egg and potatoes. All dishes are served hot and are very tasty. The prices for the specials were high at $28 and the sangria was $28 but for the quality of the food it was reasonable.More
Went on a recommendation from a local hotel. In a small strip center, very unassuming. Walked in at 5 PM on a Saturday and the place was VERY busy. Service was exemplary and the food was great. Reason prices too!
We shared a delightful dinner after the theatre
and found it to be a very pleasant experience. Unlike our visit to Peru, we were relieved not to see guinea pig or alpaca on the menu!
The menu was quite varied with offerings that were hard...to choose between. we started off with a special which was a cold potato rolled with avocado and topped with smoked salmon. For the next course, I had a seafood soup that was delicious with shrimp, squid, mussels and crab. One companion had a shrimp dish that she raved about and the other had a tamale and a nice big salad.
Prices are reasonable and I am looking forward to a return visit!More
The last three times I went to take lunch at Victoria's Peruvian Cuisine, I got sick, I live two blocks from the Restaurant, I used to go frequently, it was good, but the last three times I went there I got diarrhea. I was born...In Peru, I don't understand what happened with the Restaurant. One of the times I went, the fish was decomposed, I perfectly note.
I don't recommend anymore the Restaurant, I want to advise tourist and customers, don't go there. If you get severe intoxicate you can die. I am open to communicate using this web. I would like to talk with the Office of Lantana City in charge sanitation of restaurants.More
One of the best meals I have had in a long time. Their Peruvian seafood soups are tasty and loaded with some great seafood including crabs, conch, clams and white fish. Other good choices are their pork tamales, seafood and rice and finishing with great...cheesecakes. Unassuming and very affordable.More
Don’t complain about the facade of the restaurant we are here to comer. I had the jalea mixto it was great. The Alfredo pasta was a little over cheesey. But it is much better than the first time. The seafood soup was good the 3...leche dessert was good. Enjoyed the food.More
