We ordered two things until we decided what to get. The first two appetizers on the menu. One was a salad and the other was tuna. They brought out two salads and my daughter said, we didn't order this. And we realized she was right....So we asked the waitress and she said you asked for the two salads. We said how could we have asked for this when it's not even on the menu? She didn't really give us an answer. We had just eaten it because we didn't really realize it wasn't what we ordered. The straight shooter pizza was ok, very salty. The crust was really good. The rigatoni was excellent. We loved the tuna nachos. We tried two desserts. A chocolate pudding s'mores thing that was amazing and a strawberry shortcake that didn't really wow me. I would give it another try if we were in town.More

We only had the Straight Shooter Pizza. The pieces of fresh basil were skimpy. Pizza was salty. Staff does not have a nice attitude. And the cash only really is not convenient. We will not be back. Some local pizzerias have much better food.

This is a cash only restaurant. This is a need to know. Food is good, view is awesome. Drinks are pricey.

This is a restaurant not to be missed and easily rated amongst the best I have ever eaten at, and that included Michelin starred in US and Europe. Value for money and menu changes every night.

Visited twice in the last 5 days. Really good food in a down-to-earth environment with staff that is funny and excellent in what they do. The couple who own Oceano had a 1-star restaurant in NY and a career as pastry chef at the best...place … and that passion shows in how they prepare the food at Oceano. The menu may change daily. We had the burrata salad (nice twist with delectable peaches and stone fruit); the fishermen’s stew (an absolute delight!) and the pork chop (twice! Because it was so good!). Table neighbors told us their Lobster linguini was amazing and the Pizze look excellent. Oceano does not take reservations - but it’s worth waiting in front with a glass of wine. Enjoy!More

Food was very good, however, choices are limited. Portions are small. No bread. No spirits. Waiter had an attitude. Had a like it or leave attitude.

Six of us ate here last nite, with a reservation & we were taken immediately. The service was impeccable. Jason was our waiter & he was very attentive & constantly refilling our water. Four of us had the east coast Halibut, potato, melted leek, sorrel...sauce & it was excellent. Unfortunately the size of the halibut was too small. Two peeps had the casarecce with broccoli rabe pesto, pistachio, pecorino, duck confit. The pasta was actually delicious although a bit heavy. Enough for leftovers. The matcha panna cotta, chocolate brownie, chocolate sorbet, fudge sauce was EXCELLENT. If you like sour cream, the berry pie, sour cream sorbet, lemon curd, milk crumb was tasty. The menu changes daily so check it out before you go.More

This is such a great place to come and dine, relax and enjoy some of the best chow in Florida in a laid back setting. Just love it here. Uncompromising standards are practiced here. The chef and his team go the extra mile on everything...they do, and we are the beneficiary. Tonight, a nice bottle of white wine. The fantastic Brussel Sprout Salad w Marcona Almonds, Date, Asian Pear and Lemon. Couldn't resist the Blue Crab and Sweet Corn Pizza w Garlic Butter, Mozz, Chile, Parsley.... really superb. Took some Oatmeal Raisin Cookies for the ride home. All of their cookies are amazing. Service from Atessa was excellent... friendly and professional. So great!!!!!More

Small. Tables are on a covered deck (looked to have effective a/c). Thought it would be hard to get a table (no reservations for less than 6)---it wasn't (Fri. 6:30...but, more traffic, later). Server was very good at servering. Food (changes from day-to-day--we had pea...soup w/smoked chicken, burrata salad, scallops, pasta with lamb) excellent to very good. Portion size-depended on dish. Cherry-chocolate chip cookies: great. Prices: not exorbitant. Only takes cash? Good for them.More

I would love to say we had a great meal, but we had no meal. Knowing that they don’t take reservations we planned to arrive at 5:15 Unfortunately every possible road in West Palm, was closed and it took us almost an hour to get...there. When we arrived at 5:45 there were plenty of open tables, but we were told that it would be an hours wait, which is hard to understand since they don’t take reservations. A more friendly response would have been appreciated. I can’t review the food, but I can review the attitudeMore

The chow is awesome, the ambiance as well... so laid back. Such a treat to come here and enjoy amazing food in a relaxed setting. Tonight started with Shaved Zucchini Salad w/marcona almond, pecorino, lemon, mint... a great light dressing, great balance. Followed by a...fantastic Nantucket Bay Scallop Crudo w grapefruit, fennel, avocado, thai basil... super fresh, light... so good. Finished with the Colorado Lamb Chops w polenta, sheep milk feta, mint gremolata, turnip. The lamb chops were excellent, simple, fine quality... loved the polenta and turnips... glad the mint was just an essence. Dessert is always a treat here. The Lemon Tart w sour cream sorbet, pistachio crumble and roasted strawberries was superb. Tip: Never come here without ordering whatever cookies they have... simply the best cookies anywhere. Service tonight from Atessa was great... friendly and attentive. Sue always keeps an eye on everyone and the chef visits tables to make sure all is perfect. Lots of regulars here... not surprising... once you dine here you'll want to come regularly too! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDMore

We came here on a recent Wednesday evening about 8:15pm. We were able to get a table right away. The ambience and service were spot on. Small and casual but huge on taste and presentation! Everything we had was superb. There were three of us...and we really over ordered because it all sounded so good. This is a sharing type meal so keep that in mind. The menu changes daily and is posted online about noon so you can check it before hand. We had the cold potato/leek soup. (We ordered two of these for three people) The salad which was an acorn squash concoction. The veal sweetbreads, cassoulet and the tagliatelle. I might be forgetting something. We took home about half of the cassoulet and the pasta. Wine selection is very good and reasonably priced. This is a cash only restaurant so be prepared for that. It was an expensive meal, for sure, but well worth every penny. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely return if we are in the area again. YummmmMore

We went on a Friday evening and we were 4 of us. Turns out you have to be 6 or more people to make a reservation. We got here at 7:07pm but had to wait till nearly 8pm to be seated inside. It is a...very small restaurant. But we really enjoyed the food, which changes on a daily basis. The cold corn soup and the pizza was delicious. Go check it out.More

Attended the special summer BBQ. Menu are varied and food quality was excellent. Family style serving with plenty of quantity. It's a casual place; outdoor seating, but protected from the sun. Definitely pricey; cash only requirement is a drawback.
