When it comes to Italian Restaurants, I am very picky and judgmental. My sister recommend this place and was so glad we stopped in on our way home on a Friday afternoon. With COVID in mind, I am always worried about how the seating is,...do they offer outdoor, wear masks and space tables out. Well it's a yes to them all. We sat inside and they had all the tables separated, everyone has masks, including the cusfomers until you sat at your table. Our server was good, food hot and the pricing is great. I tried the Eggplant Parm - fresh, lite and slices thin. Real mozzarella with a nice marinara sauce. My mom had the Chicken Franchise and she said it was one of the best she ever had. We will be going back again and looking forward to it.More

We have visited twice - once for lunch and the once for dinner. Both times the service was very good and the restaurant was nice and clean. For the lunch we had a Neapolitan pizza and spaghetti and meatballs. They also serve cooked pizza crust...chips with a side oil sauce that is good. The pizza was tasty with a thin crust and just the right amount of cheese and sauce. The spaghetti and meatballs was ok but lip smacking good. For the dinner visit we had pizza again and lasagna. Pizza was consistent with before and the lasagna was ordinary like the spaghetti. While the lasagna was decent, it was not something I wanted to take the leftovers home. I feel this restaurant is worth a try.More

Went in for an early dinner. Great variety of Italian choices especially pizza and pasta. One of us had the spaghetti with capers and black olives. (An olive lovers dream) and the other dinner was an amazing lasagna dinner. Both had good sized portions and...also came with salad. Jennifer provided great service. We will be back.More

Stopped in after a long break for eggplant parmigiana. Was shown to my table by a busser. Thought it odd that there were 6 tables occupied but all spaced out all over the place. One server, a very nice man, and just the one busser...who brought my hot bread and water but no dipping oil as used to happen. Waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order. Since the server was alone I can forgive that; things happen. Then I noticed changes in the menu, prices and portions. The parm had two skimpy slices of eggplant with a wad of cheese on top served over a medium size heap of angel hair pasta with a couple spoonfuls of sauce. The menu was left on the table all through my meal. Again, no biggie but still, different. After waiting a while my check came and then I waited still longer for it to be picked up. As I got up to leave the man who'd just been seated behind me asked if the food was good. I hesitated a bit and he said , "No ?" I said it was okay but there'd been a lot of changes since my previous visits; for example, they used to automatically bring the dipping oil. He said he'd gotten some and hadn't asked as this was his first visit. So. A lot of changes since I was last here and not for the better. Don't know what the problem is...new owners, new management, what? Just not the near perfect dining experience I used to have her every single time. It made me sad as this was my very favorite spot for Italian food. I'll try one more time and if this situation is repeated I'll give up.More

I used to enjoy eating here. We went last night and the food isn’t as good as it used to be. We had the Alfredo sauce with our bread and it tasted like milk and Parmesan Cheese. It had grated Parmesan cheese all on the...bottom of the bowl. It was very thin and milky. The service isn’t very good. Hardly anyone spoke English and we couldn’t understand what some of the things our waitress was saying she had a very strong Spanish accent. For it to be authentic Italian it was missing the flavor. I had the eggplant and there wasn’t any flavor to my food it was very bland. The food is to expensive for the quality. I don’t know if we will be going back there any time soon unfortunately.More

I really wish that I could give zero stars and still make a comment. The worse dinning experience of my life! We stopped in Saturday afternoon (2:45pm). The dining area had mostly empty tables with 6 tables seated; none of them had more than four...people. When we came in it took about 10 minutes for us to be greeted and another 10 minutes to be seated. When the waiter seated us he also seated another couple that came in after us. He sat us in a different section than the other couple. In this section there was one other table seated with three ladies. We took about 10 minutes to look over the menu. While waiting for someone to acknowledge that we were there , the ladies flagged down a waitress complaining that one of them still hab not received her food, the other two had their meals. The waitress said she would tell the waiter who had this section. Still no acknowledgement that we were there. After waiting a while longer (15 - 20 minutes) longer we noticed that the couple who had came in behind us had already gotten their drinks and salads. So, my husband stopped the waitress going by and ask if she was our waitress. She said no that she would get our waiter. Then aapproximately 5 minutes later she dropped off a basket of bread. Still no one taking our order. The lady at the other table still had not received her food. So my husband started waving his arms to get our waiter's attention. When the waiter finally came over, with a very aggressive demeanor, he ask my husband what was the problem . My husband then ask him what was his problem that we had to wait so long? The waiter said he didn't like my husband's impatient attitude. My husband ask me if I wanted to stay or go. So when I reached for my purse and started to stand up the waiter started screaming "get out of here, go on get out of here, I'm not going to serve you . Go on get out of here". All the while getting up in my husband's face. Then he followed us to the door yelling the entire time. He kept getting in my husband's face as though he was trying to get my 69 year old husband to fight him. Needless to say this was the first and only time we will ever stop at the palace Italian restaurant (north), never again.More

We asked a local couple that we met for a lunch recommendation and they mentioned this restaurant several times. We were not disappointed! We both had lasagna and it was absolutely delicious! It was tender, filled with cheese and meat, and topped with a delicious...sauce. We were only given a lunch menu so we were very surprised at the large portion and only ate half so we could split a tiramisu. It was so big we also took half of it home...that was a first! We wish we lived closer so that we could try other dishes but it would be extremely difficult to not get the lasagna again!More

When you start off your meal with pizza bread and hot flavored oil, you know it’s going to be a good day. The servers are always very warm and welcoming. We’ve tried a number of dishes here and nothing has ever disappointed us. It’s perfect...for a night out with the family.More
