We have been coming here about once every 6 months or so for 15-20 years and have never had anything but good service a great food. We ate here again this afternoon and again great service and good food.

Awesome place. Great seafood fun atmosphere I had the kabob special with 1 meat kabob 1 shrimp and 1 fish over rice.truly awesome

We were going to a show at Lake worth theater at 6:30. Therefore we we looking for a quick dinner thinking seafood. We had walked by and eyed this place 50 plus times This is a very causal bar restaurant with outdoor sidewalk seating and...open air via big windows inside . It has high tops and booths .A big U shaped bar that seats about 15-20 people was near the center. The menu was pretty extensive from apps to deserts. A few house special “ a fish casserole “ . Lots of oysters and clam options. Good happy hour weekdays , prices 50% off drinks . There are a few daily specials. Of which I had the “wahoo” with two sides asparagus and rice. For 24$ My wife had grouper. One complaint they asked her what side she wanted and she chose a baked potato. Not knowing that it came in rice. She could have had a veg. We pointed that out when the meal came and the waitress just said sorry and brushed it off. She should have offer to swap out the potato for broccoli or brought a veg as a “extra gratis” side. But I think it never came to her mind. Review would have been a 4.5 comment on great customer service if she did. There was a decent beer selection with some local crafts . Our food was practically tasteless. We went there twice. The first time I ordered the coconut shrimp. It was burnt and honestly I don’t think there was any coconut on it. I ordered a Bahama Momma to drink. The mixer wasn’t prepared well so it...tasted like a watered down liquor. My son ordered wings and somehow ended up with a salad topped with chicken. He said it was good, but not what he wanted. My fiancé ordered a margarita both times and said it was good. The second time we stopped it was just for a quick drink and I ordered an app. It was coastal dip (I think). It was poorly melted l, cheap cheese with very little shrimp and crawfish in it. Not seasoned at all. Service was great. You’re overpaying for the atmosphere not quality food and drinks.More

We had a an absolutely wonderful experience here. I took my 3 young children for an early dinner after a day defy trampoline park. We loved the food, service, and atmosphere. I enjoyed my fresh fish blackened over a Caeser salad. I will say the...salad had way too much dressing but I ate anyway. The kids liked their food and my margarita was perfect. Super nice server and the prices were very reasonable. Thanks for a good time!More

We eat here all the time - I almost always have the shrimp po’ boy and it never disappoints. Super casual/comfortable place with nicely diverse seafood options.

….why is it rated that good? Can’t be the food. This is at best a very mediocre bar with food if you are already drunk enough to not care. Friendly service though.

Recommended on the message board here so we walked across the bridge and thru the little town to Dave’s. Had a nice table on the sidewalk and enjoyed good service and conch fritters, peel and eat shrimp, a salad, and a grilled chicken sandwich and...fries. The chicken was a little dry, but the rest was great.More

Four of us met here as a central place on the map Jan 25 for late lunc. What a great time for visit and food wise. We had excellent service from Matt B. He was friendly and very helpful with disc on food We sat...outside as was nice day. Started with Southern Comfort Manhattan’s and diverged from there. There were very good and fixed to order. We started with a dz oysters that were really good. Plump. Fresh and salty. From there we had the dolphin sandwich, churrasco skirt steak, Rick shrimp and tenderloin skewers over rice. We also ordered the wings, onion rings as well as salads. Everything was excellent and if we returned to area would order some of the same things. This is a great place to stop, eat and pass the day.More

We came in for drinks and snacks a few nights ago. Food was great but the service is what made our night so much more enjoyable!!! Hunter was so attentive and kind, patient and knowledgeable. I was surprised to find out he was new to...the restaurant as he was extremely attentive and you could tell from his presence how seriously he values his position. As a bartender of 10 years myself it was refreshing to see and I definitely learned a thing or 2 just from following his lead.More

I have never ever ever had a bad experience at Dave’s. This is the spot in lake worth when you are sitting at home and last minute go “we should go out, where should we go?” It’s Dave’s... it’s always Dave’s
