My sister and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Billy’s Cafe recently. We each ordered a strawberry Belgian waffle, bacon and coffee. The restaurant was crowded with a line outside waiting but soon we were seated and enjoying our very late breakfast. Service was quick...More
Billy's was recommended to us by a friend and since it was close to our morning appointment we decided to give it a try. All servers are very pleasant and always seem to have a pot of coffee ready for warm ups. Portions are larger...More

Food is plentiful and the place is always busy. Waitresses are efficient and friendly. Place could do with a good cleanup. Carpets are beyond their sell by date and paint in dire need. Owner/cook could also smile once in a while!!

Streets are tough to navigate but it was perfect and close. I really think if I did it again I might take the train or public transportation because I never needed my car once parked. However I needed to be on my own schedule and a rental car was needed. If you rent the GPS may be in a different language. I would print directions or get a sim card for your phone. If you cross the boarders you will need to pay fees.
