For dinner tonight, we ordered from 4 Rivers Smokehouse. Got some baby back ribs, moist briskets, burnt ends, jalapeno corn bread, fried okra, and cole slaw. Wow! Everything was soo good! The fatty brisket melts in your mouth (best I've ever had and I've eaten...at some cities known for their BBQ), the ribs' dry rub was tasty and doesn't even need sauce. The burnt end were tender and full of flavor. The cornbread was moist and best I've had! Even the fried okra was delicious! So so good! Pick-up for take-out orders were easy peasy. Go to the window on the right side, ring the bell and tell them your name. Done and done!More

The food was absolutely amazing! And Maggie was very helpful! The bread pudding was some of the best we have ever had! The six shooter was unique, different, and delicious!

We get to Florida every 1-3 years it seems, and every time we have to visit 4 Rivers for one of our meals. Great barbecue. My son loved the ribs on our recent visit and the brisket is amazing. I was a little bummed they...didn't have the bananas foster bread pudding the night we were there (they rotate) because that's my favorite. I really wish someone would expand this chain to Minnesota!More

4 Rivers is one of those places that I trek out to and try out every year or so. And while I can’t put a finger on anything that is a big negative, it just will never be a “go to” BBQ place for me....The positives are huge - GREAT service, generally clean restaurants and great sides and sauces. They also have an awesome dessert selection and fun and unique bottled sodas in addition to what was on fountain. The negative for me (and it’s not that much of a negative) is the meats are generally flavorless without adding a ton of sauce. The sauces are great so I don’t mind that - it’s just always seemed odd to me. Overall a good experience every time I go, just not worth (to me) the 30 minute drive to get there.More

Not being from the are, we had never heard of 4 Rivers Smokehouse,. We stopped in between shopping trips on Tuesday and were wowed! The friendliness of the staff was outstanding. The food was absolutely fantastic. The portion were very large, and the chocolate chip...cookie was big enough for two and really great. We plan to go back even when we have no other business in that area. You order off the menu boards - so there are no individual menus.More

The 4 Rivers Smokehouse has been a favorite of mine for many years, and I was delighted when they opened a new restaurant at The Loop, just 40 minutes from me. I've written another review about my personal experiences eating there on a keto diet...and gluten-free. The pick-up service works really well, and I've used it often lately. This time, however, I would like to sing their praises because of the way they have been serving their community during the COVID-19 crisis. A group of women that I belong to wanted to provide meals for the staff at the Poinciana Medical Center as they are instrumental in treating people from our local area. The extra burdens of COVID-19 have hit the staff hard and we wanted to show our appreciation for all they do for us. Emily at 4 Rivers was highly professional and very accommodating. Our order was for nearly 40 meals and it was complex, because the meals had to be delivered to each of 4-5 units separately to avoid any danger of contamination. Exactly as ordered, 4 Rivers delivered the meals, consisting of 4 different kinds of sliders with 2 sides and a cookie, on time and still hot, AND for a good price. In other words, this was a win-win-win situation. The overworked hospital staff got a hot meal at 8 p.m, 4 Rivers got a nice order and my women's club got to show their gratitude. As if that experience weren't enough, we wanted to provide another meal to the hospital staff on Easter Sunday, but 4 Rivers was closed that day to give their employees a break. Instead of just apologizing and saying that they couldn't help me, Emily asked if she could call me back. She did, within the hour, with the name and contact details of a competitor that was going to be open and could handle our order! I was so impressed. 4 Rivers (and Emily) truly went far above and beyond for us! We got a lovely thank you back from the hospital, saying how much the staff had enjoyed the hot meal we sent. Now it's my turn to thank the 4 Rivers Smokehouse for being there for their local community. We're so grateful to them!More

This is, so far, our favorite place for barbecue in the area. At nearly $30 for the two of us, it is a bit pricey. On this visit, I ordered the Pulled pork sandwich which came with two sides. I chose macaroni and cheese, and...green beans. My husband ordered the Messy Pig with baked beans and corn. The food tasted good, but we felt we had to inhale it before it got cold from the fans blowing over our heads. A staff member came around as we were finishing and I mentioned the fans and she said next time to say something and they can turn them off. Now, I know.More

WOW. Excellent food. Definitely surpasses a lot of BBQ joints we’ve been to in south Texas, plus you can actually see what you’re eating. Many other restaurants of this genre are way too dark. When in the Disney area of Orlando give it a try.

Wanted to check out some local foods. It was a 20min drive from our hotel and it was worth the drive. Love this place and good prices too!

Went in party of six. Didn't realize it was counter service, but after taking a few minutes off line to peruse the menu and decide, we got on line, were quickly served and grabbed a table to enjoy our meal. I had the burnt ends...and they were outstanding. The collard greens were good (not as good as my daughter in laws though). The cole slaw was a vinegar type, that is not too much mayo, and was excellent. My biscuit was very dense and a little too moist. Almost like it never rose properly. I love biscuits so that was disappointing but I figured it must be a fluke (at least I hope so). My wife had the pulled pork, french fries and baked beans and she loved all of it. There is a BBQ place less than 300 yards from my home and hands down 4 Rivers Smokehouse beats them by a mile. Go eat here!More

they are made from ground white corn...pretty tasteless unless they have something added to them.

It is around 15 to 18 miles. Not too bad to enjoy it. 😁
