This place is hard to review because it has some good things about it and not so good things about it. First, the pizza itself is very good if you like thinner crust, essentially NY style pizza. We had cheese, pepperoni, and multi toppings and...they were all good. We ate their twice that shows you the food was good. The first time I ate there I had to call about 4 times to get through, I got a little confused when they said 40 I thought they meant it was $40, not come in 40 min, so I showed up early. It ended up taking 50 total minutes. The second time was worse. I called 13 times but never got through. You can't order via their website. I drove there, placed the order in person, was told it was a 50 minute wait but it was really 75 min. I wouldn't have persisted but the rest of the family was excited about getting that pizza again. The place is a Mom and Pop organization (literally) and it isn't well run. While I was there for about an hour on Friday night the phone was literally ringing constantly and they just didn't care about it. They also ran out of large pizzas both nights I was there. They need to either modify to handle greater volume or charge more and better handle the volume they do have. The owner just wandered around trying to be slightly helpful but not really do anything, my guess is he is great a making the pizza and not so great at running things so he should stick with that and let someone else handle the business aspect. The pizza gets 5 stars, the business/customer service part gets 2.5More

Little Mom and Pop place down the street from where we were staying. The service was great, and the pizza was very tasty. Didn't have to wait, we were able to sit down right away. It was definitely worth trying!

We stayed at a hotel right down the road from Upper Crust, and one night we just really felt like getting pizza, but not sitting down anywhere. So we called here and ordered takeout, and they were super awesome! Their website is super easy to...look at a menu, which other pizza places I did not find the same, and when I called the lady I spoke to was so nice, and great. And when we got the pizza half an hour later, it was really good!! The perfect dinner in! And we also had to nab a slice of key lime pie, and I thought it was pretty good. I wasn’t a huge fan of the sprinkles on top, I didn’t really prefer that extra crunch but the raspberry or strawberry drizzle was wonderful, a great touch. So yeah, if you want some classic good Keys pizza give these guys a try!More

Pizza didn't look like the pictures. It appeared more deep dish was what we desired. Ended up very thin with extra firm thin crust. Not much cheese or sauce.

A small, clean and very friendly place run by a cute couple from Venezuela. We ordered two medium pizzas for our family of four and it was more than enough. The pizza had a thin crust with a deep dish edge, hence the name of...the restaurant. Very tasty pizza. The are only open 5:00-9:00 pm Monday through Saturday.More

Stopped by for takeout. Ordered 2 large pizzas and found the place based on reviews. Pizza is a thin crust and very good. Would definitely return and recommend.

Delicious, thin pizza with a tasty sauce and lots of flavor. We devoured every piece and were SO satisfied with the freshness of the pizza and salad. It’s a bit pricey and wish there were more toppings but worth the spend for quality!

It kinda depends on what your definition of “thin crust” is. Their pizza is hand tossed so it’s on the thinner side but it’s not crispy and cracker like. All in all it’s good pizza
