Was in Marathon for a few days of fishing, and we love to eat out. Went here based on TripAdvisor reviews, and are really happy we did. The place is small, but elegantly decorated, and we were greeted by a young lady with a dazzling and warm smile. Our server was also very warm, and the food was incredible. Short... More

Our family of 5 went to dinner on Thursday, we all had something different, but tasted everything. The seafood, steaks, short ribs, appetizers and desserts were fantastic. The chef owners Jan and Lance came out to talk with us. Our waitress Christina was very attentive. The entire wait staff worked together so we never had to ask for anything. Our... More

Do not let the street sign fool you! You could easily pass this restaurant off but it would be a huge mistake. This is the 2nd time within 8 days that our family has decided to dine at Barracuda Grill for dinner. The food is amazing! Our server Katia was exceptional, on point and with a great personality. The rest... More

Don't let the appearance of this place fool you, this is no tourist trap! Service with Katia was splendid and the food was delicious!! All of the dressings and sauces were excellent - unique and tasty! We had the short ribs and the wings with a creme brûlée dessert. We would eat the entire meal over again if we could,... More

We love going to our favorite place for dinner. Had a great meal tonight starting with the fried brussel sprouts in curry sauce and a wonderful Barolo Castiglione. The yellowfin tuna was suberb as well as the filet mignon. Lance, Jan and their staff never disappoint.

This is our favorite restaurant in the keys. Tonight I tried their new appetizer special-Giant grilled calamari salad. It was served on top arugula salad with bacon and cotija cheese. A meal in itself. My husband can never pass on the shrimp and calamari in spicy sauce. Thank God they serve hot bread at the table, because short of eating... More

The original definition of a restaurant used to be: owners cooking for their guests and extending the personal touch to their time at the joint, serving great food, wines, beers and having personal conversations, time allowing. That's why they come back! And that's what we attempt to do every evening that we serve dinner. Our great servers get to know you and handle the conversation when we are frankly too busy to leave the kitchen at times. After 22 years of service, I think we are going to make it!! Thank you to all that have graced our little spot over years, thanks a million!! Lance and Jan Hill, Chefs/Owners (and by the way, we love kids, have a few of our own, and provide a special menu just for them!) Please check Victoria Shearer's new book that just came out: Florida Keys & Key West Chef's Table, to grab a recipe or two :) Our menu is updated and printed daily. As a side note: we are not the least expensive restaurant in town, nor are we the most expensive. We provide an honest example of the expense to this site for your comparison (unlike some). And the menu is hung just outside the front door. We do not automatically add a gratuity as routine. In this life I've found, you truly get what you pay for. At Barracuda Grill we respect that adage, respect your business and attempt to earn it every night we offer service (Wednesday thru Saturday). PS. We are in the twilight of our cooking careers and look forward to serving you very soon!
