Stopped in after another place had a long wait. We were promptly seated and greeted by our friendly server. This place is very laid back which is exactly what I needed after a long travel day. Our drinks arrived quickly. We just ordered an array of appetizers and each was delivered when ready, as we had requested. All of our choices were delicious. Seared ahi tuna was perfectly prepared, sided with wasabi, pickled ginger and seaweed salad. The huge pretzel was steaming hot and served with two different cheesy dips. So good! Service was attentive and polite. I. Noticed families dining as well as tables of adults. There is a large bar as well as an outside patio and bar we they host live entertainment.

We had just checked in to our lodging after a 18 hour drive and did not want to go grocery shopping. Asked the maintenance man where to eat. He suggested here. Nice bar, good selection of beer. The fried grouper (catch of the day), the fried fish tacos, fried clams and coconut shrimp were great,. The onion rings were awesome. We chose that baskets to lower our cost and prices were not bad for the Keys.

For husband's birthday dinner weiked the slightly upscale menu offerings. Stacey's very efficient pleasant service despite being really busy made me glad we'd chosen Overseas Pub. 2 beers soup/appetiser 1/2 rack ribs $55 ...while not cheap, was w/i reason for quality delivered.

My husband and I both got the fish and chips, on the website it asks you if you would like to substitute your side or get rid of it. I chose no side because I was fine with fish and some fries. I guess your fries are your side and not part of fish and CHIPS, but that was on me (they could have been clearer on that though). My daughter however decided on a kids mac and cheese, and on their website it clearly says that all kids options come with a small fry and drink. They forgot hers and when we called about it they told us that it was in the kitchen cooking and that they would deliver it as soon as possible (we never got it). The fish was amazing, I'm not going to down them on that, some of the best my husband and I have ever had. But just be careful, if they deliver half of your meal, you aren't getting the other half.

Came here on Mother's Day after first two choices had no seating. This restaurant had no wait and plenty of seating - not a great sign. I got the beef tenderloin with shrimp special. The shrimp was extremely salty. The tenderloin was at least a 1/3 gristle and fat and went uneaten. What I did eat tasted off. Not like any steak I've ordered elsewhere. The gravy was very salty too. One son got pretzel bites and they lacked flavor. I was shocked that this was our most expensive meal in the keys. $140. And we didn't love it. Mojito was good. Waitress was very nice.skip this one!

Friendly staff. My beer sat on the bar for 10 minutes until my waitress recognized it was mine. Needless to say, it was warm. Pretzel appetizer was tasty. Philly cheese steak was bland and very under seasoned. If you do order it, ask for American cheese, not the cheese sauce.
This was the only restaurant we visited that I left a 10% tip. Not making a return visit.

Wild, funny decor. Huge bar inside and out. Smokers right next to outdoor eating area. Loud music inside...could not hear one another. Service was odd....almost as if we were not wanted even tho almost no one there. Easy parking. Food average. My friend had to return a couple of her items as unsavory....which waitress did graciously. Would not go again. Pricey for the quality, but portions were large. Do not expect to find special food needs if gluten-free, vegetarian/vegan, kosher, low fat. Basic meat/fish based meals. Lots of gravy and sauces. Handicap accessible.

I was surprised on how bad the food was but the service was horrendous. Stale hamburger bun, slightly cooked fries for the low-low price of $18.00. Now I know why nobody was there. No napkins or silverware, so my daughter was eating coleslaw with a nasty French fry. I asked for some, never received. Excuses, excuses here but what total joke. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. TERRIBLE!! In every way this place needs help. Worst food I've ever had, with even worse service! Maybe a handful of people in the whole place. Glad I got that horrific experience out of our system. Never EVER again, unless I want to spent over $105 of disgusting food and go home hungry.

We stopped in late for a bite to eat and was able to sit at the bar. This is definitely a local bar which is fine. The service was ok and the menu had many options. The smoked fish dip was my favorite but stay away from the fish tacos as they were disappointing.

Wonderful laid back patio bar and restaurant. Looks like a lot of locals hang out there. Food and service were both outstanding. Love that they had live music! Kids really enjoyed playing connect four while waiting for food. Best food we have had all week!

They have live music every night. They even have karaoke! We made this our local hangout while staying in Marathon. They make amazing frozen margaritas, and they have the best gluten free pizza I've ever eaten. Get the BBQ Chicken Bacon Jalapeno pizza, you will not regret it!

We aren't ready to dine inside restaurants yet so we ordered food to go. Our food order was correct, packaged very well, and was hot. We loved the ease of ordering online and the food was ready when it was promised. Lots of options on the menu and VERY good key lime pie.

Ate outside so no view but food and service made our dining a very good experience.
Service notice our tire was flat and got pump from her car for us to inflate tire.
Prices weren’t bad and key lime pie was excellent.

Arrived near 2100 the place was busy but not crowded we sat at the bar. It took just couple minutes for the bartender to get our drink order and provide menus. We chose sandwiches, a Rubin and Pastrami. They arrived and were very good.
One unique characteristic is a cold plate which runs all along the inside of the bar itself. What a good way to keep your drinks cold.

Based on their menu offerings we went to the Overseas Pub and Grill inMarathon Key for lunch. After receiving our drinks, we tried to order food, only to find out that the restaurant does not accommodate customers with shellfish allergies. This is unlike any of the other seafood restaurants we visited in the Keys, and is illegal under Florida law. I can’t recommend this unaccommodating restaurant to other people.
