My wife and I had eaten at Santiago's on another trip to Key West several years ago. We had a great meal there and decided to return this year. It was as good, if not better that we remembered. This time, however, we learned and...made reservations and were seated inside right away. We had a pitcher of their red sangria - very good. We opted for Yellowfin Tuna Ceviche, Mozzarella Burrata and Beef Short Ribs, all small plates which we shared. The Tuna Ceviche was exquisite - some of the best we have ever had. There were large chunks of tuna, avocado and mango. The Burrata was also very good and the short ribs were nice. Overall a great meal and we were not sorry we had returned. The Ceviche was so good we actually returned two nights later to have some more of it plus two different dishes and 1/2-price Happy Hour glasses of wine.More
