We stopped here after a lunch snorkeling adventure when we were quite hungry. There are SO many restaurants in Key West, it's hard to choose one. It's especially hard to find one that sets itself apart from the others. This has a super fun/funky vibe....You order at the window, and take a seat outside in front of a fan to escape the heat. Cute baby chickens appeared at our feet, because hey, it's Key West. We got two ice cold bottles of beer and were quickly served the best grilled fish tacos I had on my trip! The tortillas were grilled so they were crunchy with melted cheese, plentiful toppings; cool, crunchy, saucy. The fries were also very good. Ketchup served in an individual cup (Covid friendly). I highly recommend!More

This place has a feel of what old Key West used to be. The conch fritters were good and the fish was fresh. It seemed a little overpriced but the location is good. It is worth a stop.

Ate fish sandwiches for a week, and this was the best. Place has a lot of character...but food was fantastic.

Parking in Key West, even in COVID times, is a bit challenging. So finding this spot right next to a large public parking lot was perfect! Everyone says it is overpiced, but isn't everything in Key West? It wasn't great value, but everything I tried...(including the conch fritters) was top notch... you could tell it was very fresh and flavors/textures were excellent. I'd come back!More

Got a tip from the travel book that this was a 'place to go'--great food and fresh, hot, tasty! I had fish & chips--partner had seafood something--both were excellent and worth the price!

Grilled Mahi Mahi on Cuban Flat bread, so good! Very reasonably affordable, the real deal baby. Great music at night. Cool local vibe. Nothing fancy.. Old town cool. Dont pass it up

The food wasnt good, the prices are high for what they serve and the place is just a beat up outdoor "restaurant" For the money spent here, youre better off going ANYWHERE else

Recommended by a local, this place was amazing! Got the conch sandwich and was not disappointed. It was super hot, but sat outside by the fan and it wasn’t too bad.

This is a really interesting place, basically it is all outside (which helps in covid times), it is really funky looking. Everyone was really nice. I had the fried mahi sandwich + slaw + conch fritters (to shared with my wife) and everything was delicious....I really enjoy my sandwich and they have happy hour 4-6pm (beers 2x1).More

ordered 2 fried fish sandwiches for my son and myself. asked if fries or chips came with it as their menu doesn't show any details (including prices). the girl asked where are you from? I am from Key West so she said fries were complimentary...for locals. when my son went to pick up the sandwiches he was charged almost $50 (including tip) for 2 very small (very good just very small) sandwiches and some very old burnt and greasy fries. I have lived here my entire life and used to to go BO's when Buddy Owen was actually there and this was no where near what i expected. needless to say we wont be going there again.More
