Rated #10 in USA but #1 for me! Best pizza I have had outside of Italy and Italy may have won only because of the scenery! The crust was amazing and the cheese was perfect. Simple pure ingredients with no single flavor too strong. We had the spicy salami by the slice for $3.95 and it was generous enough. Came back after a 1 hour walkabout and had gelato! Tutti delicioso! Dining tables extremely limited and delivery can take 1.5 hr so plan ahead or take your slice and eat in the go.

Pizza is my favorite food and I eat it where ever I travel. Duetto's was high on my list due to the reviews here on Trip Advisor and the only disappointment was I was expecting it to be a sit down restaurant. They only have two tables inside and two outside. My wife and I ordered a Large Pizza and small Caesar Salad for $30 with slices to take back to the hotel. I had to stop back on our sixth day here in Key West to grab another slice.

Ordering by phone was pleasant and easy (with what turned out to be excellent recommendations from the server); the hot pizzas were delivered exactly at the time requested; and all three pizzas were terrific -- non greasy, with fresh, high quality ingredients, and thin crusts with light, puffy edges. We had a Suprema (the everything pizza), a Classico, and a flavorful white pizza with ricotta and basil, which will be a new favorite. We will definitely return for more.

Lousy customer service. I went in on my birthday because I just wanted a couple slices to take home. I saw that they had a couple cheese slices in the window and asked for 2 pepperoni. I was told they didn't have those and I had to order what was on display. I walked out but heard the girl trying to call me back like she realized they could just put meat on the cheese and satisfy my order. I just ignored her and kept walking.

Hello Tigerhose3 and thanks to share your experience with us. I remember what happened last night. You arrived at Duetto around 9:33pm. We close at 10:00pm and at that time we cannot have all the display full of different slices. You asked for pepperoni and we offered to you that we can add pepperoni on the two last slices of cheese but you where already leaving all upset. Really?! We deserve 1 star for that? That is what you consider lousy customer service? Well i am really sorry that on your birthday you could't have your desired slices of pepperoni but maybe if you didn't run out upset we could satisfy your desire.

Great Italian-style pizza! I have been to Italy many times, and ate many pizzas. This is at the same level as the best I have had in Italy. When I called in and the employee greeted me with “buena sera” I knew I was at the right place. My wife and I enjoyed the plain cheese, and then a few days later the Tricolore. The latter does not have tomato sauce. Both were outstanding. Great prices: $16 for a very large pie, and you can add a boatload of toppings for just a few more $. Their phone line is busy, keep calling. Delivery was on time or early. Friendly staff. For sure I will eat there on every return trip, the only question is how many times. Perfetto!

We did takeout from Duetto during the shutdown when only takeout was possible. We called in our order for a mushroom and meatball pizza. It was ready when we came to pick it up and was very good, lots of cheese and a nice crust. The caesar salad was a bit of a disappointment with very little dressing but who can quibble during these crazy times

We have not been traveling with the CoVid-19 situation, just living a quiet life here in the beautiful Lower Florida Keys. One of our special treats has been getting THE BEST pizza to go at Duetto’s in Key West. The owner & staff are friendly & welcoming. We are hung up on their Bianconeve white pizza. The thin chewy, crunchy perfect crust is topped with garlic, fresh ricotta, parmigiana, spinach and we ask for Italian sausage to be added. We have spent a lot of time in Italy and my husband & I agree, this is as good as or better than any pizza 🍕 there! If you are wandering Key West, grab some slices or a whole pizza and hang out in Mallory Square, take it to your hotel or home. Whatever pizza you order, you will not be disappointed. If you are bringing it home and want to freeze some, this pizza heats up well on a pizza stone in 5 min at 400. Duetto’s can’t be beat for your pizza or gelato experience! Ciao!!

After reading that this was a top restaurant in Key West and one of the less expensive options we went for lunch. We chose to order a whole pie and were not disappointed. It was made with fresh ingredients and the crust was excellent. All the employees were very friendly.

We were in Key West a few years ago and discovered this fabulous place to eat. The food is still delicious. We live near NYC, so we know good pizza. At Duettos. they use high quality ingredients that can be tasted in all their delicious menu items. You can order an entire pizza or just a slice ot two. They have focaccias, paninis, salads and fabulous Gelato. We came here to eat each day we were in Key West because there were so many things we wanted to try! My favorite pizzas are the Spinach Ricotta, Lombardo and Biancaneve. The thing I loved about the gelato was that they let us have 2 flavors in one cup. Again, the flavors all looked so good, it made it hard to pick a flavor. Prices are very reasonable and the quality of the food is so high. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is easy to walk to. The are less than a block from Duval at 540 Green Street and very near Sloppy Joes. They are open from 11 a, -10pm every day. Make your mouth happy and eat at Duettos

A short walk away from the madness that is Duvall Street sits this little gem. You know you’re in the right place when you watch a steady stream of locals enter and order their slice and gelato with the air of commuters stopping for their morning Starbucks. When you look up pizza in the dictionary, a Magherita Classica from Duetto’s is what you would see if this world were a fair place. A big if but you won’t care once they bring it out to you. Oh and please do yourself a favor and order the gelato — and, yes, of course they have Key Lime — AND they’ll make it in a smoothie or a milkshake. So, if you’ve read this far, seek medical attention. A healthy person would be calling in their order.

This pizza was great and worth every bite. Our teens enjoyed the gelato pints to go - we got strawberry, mango, key lime and chocolate...all were delicious. In addition - they offer pizza by the slice so the teens even visited a 2nd time for a late night snack.

The place is small but the pizza was tasty. We ordered a pizza and were told it would take an hour- this was during the New Years rush but it was worth the wait. We carried the pizza back to our hotel and it was still incredibly hot and tasty. We also went there another night to order gelato which was delicious and well worth it! I'd recommend this place.

Absolutely delicious and accommodating. We went at a very busy time and still they were able to make half magerita and half cheese large pizza pie for us . Friendly staff and fast service. Most importantly delicious pizza; you could easily believe it’s made somewhere in Brooklyn!

Walked in and asked if they could put banana peppers on 1/4 the pie and I would pay for the entire topping as only 1 person wanted the topping. The owner said he couldn’t put the topping on unless it was on half the pie. I actually said r u serious? He said that’s the policy and it was confusing to the staff if part of the pie/not half had the topping. I told him again ur kidding.. just turn around and tell ur pizza maker to just put the topping on a few slices and he again said no and told me to leave. Said he didn’t need my business as they are a busy place. I have never seen a more unreasonable arrogant manager / owner in my life. The comments on owner being rude are well founded.. take business elsewhere as there are plenty of great pizza places in key west . Would love to see if the owner responds,, also I was the only person in the place as it was 9:15.

You made a special request and I said no. People that tell you "no" are not rude, arrogant, or out to get you. No one told you to leave or said we didn't need your business. But I guess your story needed some juice to justify your reaction: "I didn't get my banana peppers and now you're going to pay!"

We LOVE Duetto’s! This was our first meal when we arrived into KW and we grabbed it again one night while downtown. They delivered the first one which took less than the hour that we were quoted which was great because we were all starving. Had 2 pizzas and a salad and everything was wonderful both times we ate here.
