We're a fun loving bar with live entertainment from open to close. We have a full bar, with a wide range of specialty drinks (check out our Green Alligator!). We have the largest selection of ice cold drafts on Duval Street, with a great selection of craft and microbrews. What better to go with those beers than our tater tot nachos or one of our personal pizzas?

We stopped into Kevins our first day and it was dead. Bruce took it upon himself to make us welcome with all kinds of taste tests and personal recommendations. We decided anyone that would take that kind of time was worthy of our prime time visits and we went every night during our week in paradise. Yea, Bruce! Nothing bad about this bar unless you don't like a good time. We'll be back next year!!!!

We stopped in here to grab some dinner after a day of sightseeing and strolling down Duval St. They had a guy playing live music who wasn't too bad and our server was very attentive. We both ordered the Reuben and it was scrumptious! All of the ingredients were so fresh. I got the coleslaw with mine which was quite good as well. If you're craving a great Reuben and a fun atmosphere, this is the place!

We went to dinner around 6:00 one evening so the bar wasn't crowded yet. My husband ordered the reuben and I had a caesar salad (I don't care for a lot of irish food and wasn't in the mood for a burger). When the reuben came out my husband said it was the best one he has ever had! The waitress told us they soak the meat in Guiness and cook it in a crop pot for 16 hours. I took a small bit of the meat and it was delicious. The salad was good as well. I stole a few fries from my husband and then had to order a side of fries because they were so good. Best fries I have had in a long time.

We enjoyed Irish Kevin's last January, 2019, so we went right back this year upon our return to Key West. We really, really enjoy Jeff Harris's music. He's great. We also really enjoyed being served by Rachel, who is also such a great personality. So what's the reason for the poor rating? Because one night we went in and the only seats available were by some young farmers and their wives so we joined their table. They had been there a while, and when someone suggested getting tequila shots, we paid for them because they were kind enough to let us sit at their table. We bought four, $6 a piece plus tip "tequila" shots. They didn't notice, but we were sober and did notice, that it was WATER. They probably rimmed the shots with tequila if that. We immediately reported this to the server who said, "Oh, I'm sorry." No offer to replace them so we left. The next day we went back and explained to a bartender what happened the evening before and she said, "Oh, really?" Hmmmm." Again, no offer to fix the "error." We will not go back. That's unfortunate, because we truly enjoyed Jeff Harris and Rachel.

Service is horrible, prices are outrageous, it’s freezing cold inside, and the food is about gas station standards. Jeff Harris is the only reason I’d even set foot in there again. Brilliant entertainer in a crappy bar. Sad really.

We went here about 8 pm for something to eat or drink. We were immediately told we’d have to find our own place to sit after that time. This place was packed and had to walk around for a while to finally find a table. The table had dirty dishes and glasses from the customers before us and took a long time to finally get it cleaned and have our order taken. The place was expensive and the live music was so loud we couldn’t even talk to each other. We would never go here again. Must be a good kid place since they were all screaming. Very manic and not our cup of tea. Food was just ok

Love this place it’s a guarantee that you will enjoy yourself and smile. I travel solo and all I had to do was walk in the door and hear that live music and I was happy. I was immediately seated and got a quick service. The band leader even through a kiss to me. So cute and the food was great I eat there three times and I went there about six I was in Key West for a week from Palm Beach where I live.

Fully disclosure: I don't like this place and think its a Bennigan's style bar about as far from a traditional Irish pub as you can get but my girlfriend wanted to stop in on her birthday for drinks and to listen to the music. When she requested a song the musician screamed in the microphne, "oh its your birthday, show us your tits!" I yelled back at the musician (I believe to be Bradd Shadduck but can say for sure) to express my displeasure and our party was escorted out of the place. The staff thought it to be quite humorous as did the POS on stage. The place is overpriced and there are much better places to go to listen to music.

We visited Irish Kevin's on the advice of friends and arrived during Happy Hour. My wife enjoyed the Hemingway Mojito (if it's good enough for Papa,...) while I found comfort with the Green Gator (in the souvenir cup!).
Julie took excellent care of these two wandering tourists & was a true joy. A Traditional Cheeseburger with Tots for Melissa & an Irish Burger with Onion Rings for me were all perfectly prepared. I don't say that lightly since far too many pubs somehow manage to mess that up.
We would have stayed & enjoyed the music and drinks into the night, but we had to get to the sunset cruise. The NEXT time, however, will be a much longer visit! 😎

Went to Kevin’s to eat Irish food and listen to Irish music. The food was great but the musician ruined the lunch for the 6 of us. The musician, a single male, thought he was a comedian ( Don Rickles style) who embarrassed patrons, made disgusting vulgar comments constantly, and sang a song about female menstruation. I asked him to play an Irish song to which he responded he didn’t play “ that sh&&”. Oh my mistake in an Irish pub.
When we left he ridiculed us for not tipping him over the mic for the whole place to hear. The guy is full of Blarney and I will recommend others to never go to Kevin’s as a result.

Stumbled on over one eve to check this place out because we wanted to here Oren play more (saw him at Hog's Breath earlier). We were peering in from the outside, and eventually lured in by a server who said he wouldn't bite (too hard) lol
We sat in the window and had a couple drinks while people watching outside & listening to the music inside. Fun crowd, fun staff, had a blast, we'd definitely go back!

One of the best we experienced on Duval St. The beverage costs are the same as everywhere else, but the bartenders were the most attentive. Irish Kevin plays music and entertains the crowd several nights a week. A must go to when in Key West.

We went here for drinks one evening then dinner/drinks another.
We sat upstairs both times and it was perfect for us. I was thrilled to find Magner’s Irish Cider on tap and even happier when bartender served it correctly (glass of ice and pint of Magner’s) so I got a full serving of the cider and could still have it over ice!
Bartender served us both nights we were there. She was tending bar and waitressing the tables upstairs. She did an amazing job!
Food was good. Tacos were really good and huge! Serving sizes were huge!
Music was good - classic rock.
Will definitely return.

Stopped in for a snack & adult beverage. Found that the menu was very limited b/c they "had no kitchen staff". We were understanding of that issue, at least until we saw the staff of 4 servers/bartenders standing around and chatting it up.

Hi. Thank you for stopping in to see us. Like most places across the country, and even the world we were experiencing a staffing shortage in our kitchen. We made the choice to offer a limited menu so that we could keep our kitchen open and still offer food to our customers. That being said, I am not sure what the servers or bartenders have to do with the kitchen. Servers SERVE tables, bartenders TEND bar and the cooks, while they COOK. There is absolutely nothing they could have done to help with the kitchen. I am sorry that made you upset enough that you took time to write a review about things that have nothing to do with each other. You will be happy to know that we are once again fully staffed, so next time you are in you can once again order from the list of items that were on our "limited menu" and the five other things that were not on it at the time. Cheers!

Every trip to Key West must include a trip to Irish Kevin's especially on the nights that Irish Kevin is on stage. The atmosphere is so much fun........if you don't have a good time then you must be trying not to have a good time!! We make at least one visit to Irish Kevin's on each trip. Recently, we went with some friends who had been there before but had not seen Irish Kevin perform.........they were so happy that they had the experience to see Kevin on stage. The spectacle is worth your time!
