We brought our catch from deep sea fishing to have them cook it for us. You got sides and the fish cooked multiple ways for a very reasonable price. We ordered drinks and apps as well, and everything was delicious. The best part of our experience was our server, Sergio. He was 10/10 the best server I’ve had in my life. Wonderful guy, and handled our large party with ease! Thank you for a wonderful family dinner!!

The food is delicious, the service disappointing.
We had a three course meal and the highlight was the entree. Blackened yellowtail was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is fun and the view is incredible. Only downfall tonight was that our server was very inattentive. Maybe he had too many tables, but it took 5 minutes between getting seated and for us to just get glasses of water. After he took our empty entree plates away it was another 15 minutes before he came back to ask if we wanted dessert or the bill.

I often end my 30 mile bike rides here, because its only about two miles from my place and i need a beer after a long ride in the Florida heat. I often sit at the bar. The local beer selection on tap is strong. The bartenders are great. The shrimp burger and the crab cakes are excellent. HOwever, they make the very best tuna tacos on the planet earth... sashimi grade tuna- it is simply amazing. It's right on the docks and the atmosphere is pleasant. I have taken my wife there and sat at a table as well... after getting home and taking a shower. She enjoyed it. Their fish is fresh and prepared to perfection. Lets face it- menus throughout the keys are very similar, at least for dock side places. This place is much better than most

We used to go here many times on each visit. Especially St. patty’s day, Halloween and New Years. Then it got destroyed by a hurricane
We went twice on this visit to Key Largo and both times the service at the bar was the worst ever! The food was good but unless you are a local you will be totally ignored! We weren’t told there was a Fat Tuesday menu, when getting the menu it was as if the bartender threw them on the counter. Maybe he should remember he works on tips and we are usually heavy tippers but not this time!

Great atmosphere right on the water. We ate here on Wednesday so there was live music between the tiki and turtle bars. You can smoke as long as you are at the bar or a table outside. Happy hour is only for those sitting at the bar and there were no available seats. We had crab cakes (flat, fried cakes that were all filler and no crab) and fire shrimp (6 medium shrimp breaded and fried with sauce drizzled over) - neither one was good enough to have again. We asked the server about the fresh seafood and she pointed to the menu and said that is our fresh seafood. We both ordered the $34.99 blackened hogfish (2 thin, flavorless fillets that appeared to have been frozen - like you’d buy at the grocery store at home). The seafood came with vegetables (broccoli and cauliflower that were undercooked) which made the dinner look even cheaper on the plate. This was by far the worst quality food that we have had after a week in Key Largo. Cool place for drinks on the water, but eat somewhere else. The prices here are the same as other REAL seafood restaurants in the area (Lazy Lobster, Sal’s Ballyhoos, Bayside).

Sent the fillet mignon back to be cooked more after ordering a medium and getting it blue. Steak came back still rare. Ate the sides of the steak and left the gummy raw middle. Wasted $40 on that one, will not go back. Server was very nice but had he been attentive even a little, it could have been corrected and edible. Stick with the shrimp tacos my wife ordered, she shared and this was the only reason I did not leave hungry..... just get the sauce on the tacos on the side, it’s not for everyone.

Local spot with a killer location right on the water! Food is amazing and the staff was very friendly and quick. I brought my own fresh fish to cook and the chef did a great job preparing it. My wife loved her pasta dish and we left very full!

We really had another place in mind for lunch (Arthur's Island Grill) where we had been before and loved the food. But, after several days of cloudy and rainy conditions, we were looking forward to spending some time outside.
The food at Snappers was bland and tasteless, and their $10 cocktails were extremely watered down. The view, however, was nice and relaxing. The wait staff was also very friendly.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere. The inside of the restaurant unfortunately is extremely cold to the air conditioning, I would recommend sitting outside. We had mahi-mahi one night And hog fishon another night Both extremely well prepared, you could choose how you liked your fresh fish prepared. The Keylime pie was outstanding.

The ambience was nice but the food was overpriced and mediocre at best to begin with. Then after I told them I had a dairy allergy and still got sick, I was told it wasn’t their fault I got sick because I shared the fish tacos w my boyfriend. Their menu didn’t say anything about the shrimp being grilled in butter so I didn’t think to say anything. They gave me a pitiless 10% discount for my complaint ($3). People w allergies beware. They won’t take you seriously and then will charge you an exorbitant amount for food that makes you sick.

I was excited to return here after the re-opening. It's always been a place I've enjoyed for the ambiance and the food. I guess since covid came and went they have had experience with people (that are not up to class) walk out without paying their bill. I loved the fresh food, I loved the key lime pie, I enjoyed our server interaction, however the service was slow. I'm not going to criticize the server, most of the times this is due to food preparation and high volume. I'm from NY, recently moved to South Florida, IT HAPPENS! Now, what I wasn't prepared from this establishment is at what happened at the end of the meal. They thought a well dressed family of four after the credit card had been run, restaurant copy signed, tip included in the receipt, was walking out on not paying? I didn't know that we have to wait until the server decides to return to the table to pick up the payment for us to leave? Particularly when service was slow? I am sorry, not here, not anywhere in the world. I guess it must be a covid thing, People walking out without paying? After the credit card has been run thru? The comment from the server "why are you walking so fast" was totally uncalled for, particularly after he had checked the bill and found it to be correct. I chuckled and shook my head in disbelief as I looked behind me and there was another server walking behind us.
I am guessing that this is no longer a family friendly restaurant, I would caution families to be aware. Luckily, I come from a place that a family of 4 spends over $120-$150 per person and a $350 bill (including tip), is considered cheap.
I'll be looking for another restaurant in my next family outing with similar product, setting and better quality of service delivery. This experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth and something management should be addressing.

We enjoyed happy hour and dinner here. Service was very attentive although our food was served Luke-warm and my fish was blackened which was not what I ordered. We enjoyed music although he took a long break every 1/2 hour? Previous ratings about key lime pie are questionable - it tasted bought to us but was ok. Come here for the location.

We arrived just after 7 and asked to be seated outside. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait so we chose to stay and eat inside. We noticed many tables outside not cleaned off, many empty tables inside, and no one at the inside bar so we were wondering where the people were that created the 30 minute wait. We had never had conch fritters before so we order that appetizer along with our beverage order, a water and one of their specialty drinks. Our very overlyfried fritters and meal arrived before our drinks. We split a shrimp po boy sandwich and truffle fries which were nothing to write home about. I can't remember the name of the drink it was something like a blue hawaiian, but my husband couldn't even finish it, it was just not make right. For 1 alcoholic beverage, glass of water, app, sandwhich and tip the bill came to $50 to give you an idea of price. With so many dining choices, I wouldn't come here again.

The views are great here and the food wasn’t bad but our server seemed completely indifferent to us and never came back once to see if our food was good or if we wanted anything else. We aren’t demanding people at all but c’mon, basic service calls for a check-in every now and then. To top it off, the server finally came back and brought our check but left my credit card in the machine. After waiting a few more minutes and tracking him down to let him know my card was missing, he looked at me deadpan and said, “turn around,” pointing at the other waiter who realized his colleague’s error and actually came to return my card. Very strange encounter and as I said, indifferent staff (at least the night we were there). My advice - eat elsewhere. Too many other good places around to waste your time here.

Let me say that I very rarely give bad reviews. This was not a great experience - Ambience was really nice and music was good. Staff was pleasant but obviously either inexperienced or overworked. I cannot have dairy and I misordered a drink that had dairy. My bad so I told waitress don’t worry and my partner would drink it which he didn’t. We ordered a dozen oysters which were ok but not the best we’ve ever had . Then we ordered our meal and specifically said no dairy on either of our salads or main course. The salads came with blue cheese. My partner ate his anyway because he can tolerate dairy just doesn’t normally eat it. And my baked potato had both butter and sour cream on the side which was no big deal. The saddest part of the meal was the main course which was the catch of the day - grouper with a baked potato and some bland zucchini. How can you mess up a piece of fish like that. We ordered it grilled and it was very dry and totally over salted. No lemon served with it to try to balance the salt. She never stopped by during the meal to check on us. They didn’t charge for the one salad so that was good. No dessert. Bill before tip $156. We won’t be going back.
