Atmosphere is cute, but don't come here for the food. Service very slow and everything is just fried and dried out. We were so hopeful but I can't endorse.

Came for the conch fritters after seeing them on the Travel channel. They aren't bad, but are mostly just fried batter. Little chunks of conch meat scattered throughout. The menu is pretty diverse, though, so there should be something for everyone. Parking is easy and the location is pretty easy to find. If you come during the warmer months, know... More

Service was pleasant, but slow. To be fair, slow service is not unusual in southern Florida. Burger was notching special. The nachos have a lot of chips with a sparse amount of canned cheese sauce, and you can order them with chicken or chili. I chose chicken. It was not bad, it was just wasted on the nachos. I might... To be honest, Alabama Jack's is usually our LAST stop when my family and I/friends leave the keys. Its just the perfect exit to a Keys visit. Typically we do a lot of day trips from Lauderdale to Key Largo (to do some snorkeling/diving and of course drink/eating). On the way home, we take Card Sound road so we can... More

Stopped by Alabama Jack's after we landed in Miami to kick off our road trip down to key west! It was a perfect way to relax after the flight and get yummy food and also get you into the keys mode! The seafood was fresh and delicious! And the portions are huge (especially the mixed seafood plate)! We got the... More

This is always a quick stop when entering the keys. Great food and staff. It is a bit crowded and not very roomy. Bathrooms are not great to say the least.... But a good stiff drink and a quick appetizer is all we wanted so we are happy with our visit and the staff is great!

Went for first time today. If you blink you may just pass it and not give it a thought. No fancy schmancy. A lil place to eat some great food and awesome service. Hubby and I couldn't decide and so ordered the platter that came with a lil bit of everything. We weren't disappointed and ate almost all of it.

The waitress was very attentive and had good suggestions. The restaurant is a funky place right by the water. I love funky places. The food was good. Beer was good and cold. What more could you want?

We heard a lot of hype about this restaurant so we had to give it a try. Arrived by boat so we tied up to their dock and ordered a little bit of everything. Service was slow, but we were on island time and enjoying the live music so it didn't faze us. Food (peel and eat shrimp, conch salad,... More

Alabama Jack's is right out of a movie. Bikers on the barstools, garrulous waitstaff - like being on the Bayou but instead it is the Florida Keys. We ordered a conch fritter that was enough to feed an entire family - delicious. The smoked white fish was not heavily smoked and so one could actually last the fish - well... More
