Ordered the catch of the day sandwich which just so happened to be my favorite, mahi- mahi! I was ecstatic and when it came out perfectly blackened and falling apart i knew it was gonna be 5 stars good! It was! I kept it simple...and added a side of fries. My friend had an opposite experience. She ordered a much pricier dish and they served her the incorrect dish and barely offered to remedy it. She sent it back and was very unimpressed with the fact that they didn’t offer to bring out the correct meal until she asked. Can’t say that we’ll be back for sure however the mahi mahi alone held up the entire 4/5 stars.More

Lobster was good, enjoyable atmosphere and good service. Shrimp dip was just ok. Disliked how they didn’t have a full liquor license and could only get beer / wine

We had an amazing meal at Lazy Lobster. Everything from the banana bread to kick off the service, jalapeño lobster bites as an appetizer and the lobster islamorada/lobster Palm Springs as our meals were nothing short of spectacular. Not too mention, the service, drinks and...atmosphere was wonderful as well. Our waitress was attentive and offered recommendations that made our experience one of the best meals of our trip. 5/5 stars and would highly recommend!!More

The staff here is amazing - I cant remember our waiters name but OMG he was great. I was in Florida for my birthday week and happened to tell him that that day was my actual birthday. When we were done devouring our delicious meal,...our waiter gathered the entire staff to come sing happy birthday to me. They brought a delicious slice of Key Lime pie with them!More

7:00 reservation, seated promptly - no server came by until about 20 minutes later- no big deal- everyone’s understaffed which I even commented to the waitress. Turns out, that wasn’t even our server, she was just being nice because apparently our server wasn’t around. I...honestly couldn’t even tell you our guys name as he never told us- we saw him twice during the hour long meal, to put our food down and to give us our bill. There were bones in my Mahi mahi- which is a big no no for fish restaurants and my wife was in the bathroom all night after eating her lobster. The only reason I even gave it 2 stars is Bc the fish was good- as long as i wasn’t spitting out the bones. I will 100% tell you locals Do Not Go Here- you shouldn’t either.More

We weren’t sure about stopping but so glad we did! Charlie was our waiter and he was super attentive! We both chose entrees that he recommended and were amazed by the quality and quantity of food! We also ordered the conch fritters, which we have...never tried conch before. We both weren’t fans and just sat it off to the side…not intending to complain or send it back. However, Charlie insisted! I had the broiled seafood platter which was the best seafood platter I’ve ever eaten!! Hubby had the grouper matecumbe, I’m not normally a fan of grouper but it was amazing!More

Place is clean and spacious. We were seated immediately. The restaurant was not busy. (early evening). The Server came in the beginning. 10 min later took order - 10 minutes later said part of our order was not available - 30 minutes later received order...- Dinner was Lobster and I had Chicken - both dinners were delicious. Check received after flagging down a different employee - Check charged us for the appetizer that was not available - Revised. In summary - Dinner delicious - Service not so great.More

The options and food at this place were great. We had the lobster portofino and grilled seafood platter along with a dozen oysters. Portions were large enough that we could have shared one easily. Great taste. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Would definitely go back...again. Cost for dinner was $200 by the time you added tip. So not an everyday place if you’re doing the expensive dishes but there are cheaper options in the menu. Highly recommend.More

Lazy lobster has been a go to restaurant for dinner while in the keys. Fish is well prepared. Vegetables are not served with the meal. Frozen corn on the cob was the closest choice. Banana bread makes a great after dinner sweet.
