I got there around 8 PM. I was greeted by a pleasant team which provided a newspaper to read while waiting for the food. Meal was excellent.

Salt is my absolute favorite special place to celebrate life or special occasions. The food has always been excellent and you cannot find a more perfectly cooked steak. The various salts are fun and used in creative ways throughout the meal. Ask for Matt, he's the best. Thank you for the tour and overall wonderful evening!! My friend from out... More

Beautiful dining room that looks out on beach and ocean with great Windows. Service was excellent with most elaborate recitation of menu ever experienced. Good was top notch and the use of salt in fishes was great. A great meal all around but you will Pay up for it.

The food here is not cheap, as would be expected given that it's in the Ritz Carlton. I saw it on TV and was intrigued due to it using different kinds of salts (I am a salt fiend). I got the steak that I had to cook on a salt block myself. Really cool interactive dining. The food was top... More

This was one of the best restaurants we've been to. Beautiful setting, fantastic service, wonderful food. We chose the tasting menu. This is where the chef cooks a four course meal and chooses the wine pairings. You don't know what you're going to get until it comes to the table. I wasn't disappointed and we left stuffed. Downside.. VERY EXPENSIVE!!!!... More

Salt at the Ritz says it all. If we could give one more Diamond we would. From the cocktail lounge with delightful Heather to Crystal, our hostess. The experience just kept getting better. Our waiter Ryan was knowledgeable about the cuisine and extensive wine list. Mostly, he was polite and fun! Assisting Ryan were Ashley, Lena and Kayla, each bringing... More

He was not able to manage the menue and we had to leave. Your staff was wonderful. The way they discreatly and compasionetly had us exit made your restaurant... More

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Salt, and had a very nice meal. The best part was the service - professional without overdoing it. Also, while it may not happen every night, the guitar player that serenaded us was fantastic. He took requests and played a couple of special songs for us.

We stayed at the Ritz for a quick getaway with friends. Salt was so good and impressive we went back for a second visit. The best part was the salt block to cook your own meat as well the truffles and homemade caramels! Everything was so good there's too much to describe! This is a must try if you are... More
