We had a Charity Dine coupon for Peter's Steakhouse. This restaurant is in an old house in Jensen Beach and is cute inside. We started with sparkling water and two glasses of wine. We also had a bottle of very good wine. My husband had...More

We were told about Peter's Steak House last Friday night by good friends who are wintering in Port St. Lucie. On a whim, we called for Saturday evening reservations on the remote chance that they had a table for 2 at 5:15. Luckily, we were...More

Our party wanted steak, and they got steak. But if you want to go light on the meat, and heavy on the veggies and salad, this is not the place for you.

The steak here is wonderful. Best in Florida as far as we are concerned. This is an old steakhouse. Peter is still in attendance and runs the show. They really know their steak.....everyone’s steak was perfectly cooked. Their sides like fries, crispy onions and baked...More

The owners are great, they make you feel right at home, The steak is excellent, Mirrored after Peter Luger's In NYC, would highly recommend it. Delicious apple strudel, just like they make it in Germany!

This restaurant was so beautiful and the waitress was excellent. Our steak was charred , crispy and perfectly cooked in center. The charred exterior as I said was crispy but the burned flavor permeated through the steak, making it inedible. Will not return.

Interesting venue in funky central area of Jensen. The interior is German Kitsch and and not really like most steak houses( perhaps a faux Peter Luger?). Food is nicely prepared, but steaks least of all. The meat may be aged, but (read “old”) not flavorful...More

It's not a shirt and tie place. Casual dress is the norm. I can't remember whether anyone was in shorts but I'm sure dress shorts would be fine (but I'd avoid the tank top - lol).
