Was there last night with my wife. I really wish had good things to say but unfortunately we had a bad experience. This is the second time for us there and both times not good . Food was ok, I can deal with a chicken...bone on my meal but acid reflex was really bad both times. College town I get it but we’re paying the money. Manager got clearly upset when the hostess set us down(8:20pm closes at 9pm). They were cleaning the floors while we’re eating. The server never bothered to ask how was our meal oh and they missed the chips and salsa too. Oh well 2 lost costumersMore

Was looking for a Mexican food restaurant that served good food. Still looking we didn't find it here. Food arrived room temperature, No chips and salsa with your meal even though it's a sit down, higher priced place. VERY over-priced for what you actually receive....Spent nearly $45.00 for two meals and two beers. The price would be fine if you were served flavorful food that arrived hot. Don't waste your time and money.More

This was at the Ave Maria location. The quesadilla was saturated with oil. I was told if I wanted a new one I would have to wait so I had requested at least a partial refund. I was told the manager said no by the...waitress so I asked to speak with the manager. She refused to come out and discuss with me. Finally a very nice young man came out and said they would remove just the meal. The rest of the food was good. The customer service was horrible and unacceptable.More

8 of us went here to eat last night. Same menu and prices as last year. Food was ok, but the service was horrendous. When the orders came out, they were all messed. My chicken ended up being all beef. Couldn't complain as the waitress...never came back to check. No sour cream or salsa with the meal. They upsell you on the chips...ask you if want some but never tell you it's an extra charge. My wife had to go get her own box for the leftovers, and then they charge you 18% for gratuities and that's ON TOP of the taxes! We won't be going back soon.More

This is a nice restaurant with Mexican ambience. Serving good and authentic Mexican food. Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking space available.

We were there for lunch, and enjoyed it. The service was excellent, the place very clean and enjoyable. Food was good. We had fish tacos, which I hadn't been able to find on the menu (maybe they're there, but I hadn't seen them), so when...I asked our waitress about them, she said, "of course!" and described exactly what we'd be getting with the meal. They were good, though I have to say I have eaten fish tacos all over, including lots of places in Hawaii over the years we lived there, and these were good..just not great. Pinto beans were served in a small bowl with a spoon, and were very soupy, with seasonings and stuff...but basically still tasted fresh out of the can. Not bad...we eat canned beans...but not delicious. The meal was enjoyable enough, and very reasonably priced, so it's not a place to avoid. My one problem with the menu is that it's VERY meat heavy. We're pescatarians - only eat fish, no meat or chicken - and we REALLY had to search to find something we could eat that wasn't just fish on a plate. Literally everything but a very few fish fillet dinners was meat. If that is OK with you, then, you'll probably love it. For us, it was very limiting...and for people we know who don't even eat fish, there was literally nothing to eat but rice and beans. Overall, it's a nice place, and as I said, the service was excellent. Since Immokalee isn't very big, there are limited numbers of places to eat that aren't in the casino, so finding one like this is always good. Just know that if you're vegetarian, you'll probably want to try somewhere else.More

A lively vibrant Mexican restaurant with terrific atmosphere and friendly efficient staff. Efficient service. Delicious food - fish tacos, yummy salsa and avocado with crisp chips.

While sightseeing with a group we stopped at Lozano's. Can't say enough about the food and service. The server had total recall of 12 different orders and never skipped a beat. But the food..... I had chicken enchiladas with salsa verde. I haven't had that...good a chile sauce since Santa Fe, New Mexico. Wish they could bottle it for me.More

Attended Luciano’s for a business lunch. At first glance it’s vibrant colorful and at a closer look it is impeccably clean the men’s washroom was absolutely spotless not even a watermark on the mirror. I had beef brisket taco special (8.50)with refried beans and rice....Chips were immediately delivered to the table with salsa I assume home-made on site it did not taste like any food purveyor generic type in most wanna be Mexican restaurants not the case here. This is without a doubt the best Mexican cuisine in Southwest Florida for a very reasonable price in an impeccably clean institution. One of my associates is vegan and they happily customised his salad with extra chunks of avocado to add here to his dietary needs. Great environment great service great prices if you want Mexican cuisine do not hesitate to attend this fine restaurant.More

The waitress was fun, quick and accurate in serving our group of 9. The food was delicious and beautiful. It's a great atmosphere and I enjoyed it completely.

lozano's is the best Mexican food I have ever eaten...I will go back time and time again....the service is always tops....the beer is cold...just a great place.

This mexican restaurant it is not an autentic Mexican food they refused to serve us because iam asking for a burrito with guacamole inside they are a rude people and ignorants they dont care the value of the customers we went there feb 13 2019
