Delicious breakfast and fantastic service! We learned a few things about Peru from our waiter. His drink suggestions were perfect.

Unassuming restaurant with a casual friendly atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious!! The ceviche mussels were large and out of the water fresh with ample chopped onions, fresh lime and fresh parsley! Out of this world! The Peruvian Paella was also outstanding. Delicious fresh flavors...with lots of fish. The sangria was also great. The staff could not be nicer, helpful and friendly, eager to seat you. The cue moves quickly if you have to wait for a table. Parking is a pain, park in the Margaritaville lot. A super casual place with great authentic Peruvian food.More

Tried here since At Peru is closed and had a wonderful evening at Pachamanka. Outstanding Pisco Sours. Loved the ceviche and seafood over rice. Just a great vibe with great people.

Relaxed atmosphere with sophisticated flavors. Their signature dish pachamanka was a sort of stew with very tender lamb and chicken in a tasty broth with a sauce on the side. Very good. The ceviche was amazing and the yams cooked with cloves were the best...ever. Very reasonable for the quality. The staff were wonderful. We will definitely go back. And we did just a couple nights later. The whole steamed snapper was tender and fresh with an amazing sauce. Everything we tried was very good.More

I’ve been coming to this area for a few weeks almost every year for nine years and I always visit Pachamanka at least once. They never disappoint. I had the CauCau de Mondongo for lunch today, it was delicious and the service was excellent. First time eating Peruvian food and it was incredible! My husband and I got the ceviche trio (I can't remember the proper name), but the ceviche was presented in 3 different sauces - original, yellow, and red Peruvian pepper. My husband ordered the fried rice...with sirloin and I had the Patchamanka. His rice was good but didn't have a distinctly different flavor to it than any other fried rice, in my opinion. Mine was incredible! The service was good and the portions were huge. Definitely check it out!More

OMG - the FOOD is AMAZING & the Service via uber charming, dashingly handsome "Meto" was fantabulous! They absolutely need to 'CLONE' him! <G> My very, very picky MOM thoroughly reveled in her mixed Seafood Dish. My even more persnickety Darling Hubby really enjoyed the...whole crispy Red Snapper... (fries not so much). My calamari was absolutely delectably terrific! Plus, I also had the 'tripe stew', which I'm enjoying reheated right now, to savor the last of it for a next day's yummy dinner! She & I both intently appreciated the Tres Leches desert. Then we repaired to the lively beach scene of the 'boardwalk' & most intriguing people watching. Panchamanka is one of many restaurants along Hollywood's Broadwalk but in our opinion it is one of the best. We ate outside. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. My wife had Panchamanka a la Olla, lamb and chicken slowly cooked in a clay pot...in a herb sauce; I had Seco de Cordero, a lamb shank served in a sauce with cannellini beans. We sent our server back for spoons, we didn't want to miss a drop. She asked, with a bit of a sly smile, if I liked spice. I answered, a little. She returned with a condiment made up of mayo, jalapenos and other things that was so good and added just a bit of heat. We enjoyed our meals so much we had no room for dessert! We fixed that a few days later when we went to Panchamanka solely for dessert. Our server (I wish I knew her name she was so nice) recognized us and treated us like we were ordering the most expensive meal on the menu instead of tres leches cake. The cake was wonderfully presented and delicious! Panchamanka is one of the best Peruvian restaurants we have ever visited. Excellent food and portions, fair prices and warm and friendly people. Can't get better than that.More
