We are here in the last evening of our trip to fort Lauderdale,a beautiful walk to get to it along the Broadway. The waiter was very knowledgeable about gluten free food and indicated that they had changed the ingredients they used so as to extend the range of choices for people like me. I ate the shrimp chowder which was a little salty but had a great variety of ingredients and would probs have been enough for a meal in itself. But I did not stop there, oh no. I had the pachamanka a la olla the chicken was delicious but that was not the only meat involved. So much food I now have the rest available for my lunch today. Husband had the octopus starter, delicately cooked and very tasty then the lamb shank, cooked to perfection Lovely meal, thank you

After several years I came back to this restaurant. This time we were 5 hungry adults and 3 hungry teens celebrating a birthday. I was very surprised that everything we ordered came out in big portions and very tasty. We ordered aguadito soup, churrascos, lomo saltado, ceviche, northern style seco, aji de gallina, chicken milanese, pesto spaghetti and to drink we had chicha, cuzqueña beer and pisco sour. EVERYTHING was tasty, even the drinks. Customer service was awesome too. Girls were very courteous and friendly.

I decided to visit this unassuming restaurant after reading all of the wonderful reviews it had received. I arrived on the water taxi from Ft. Lauderdale which docks one block away. When I arrived, I explained that this was my first visit to this restaurant and my first experience with Peruvian cuisine. The staff could not have been nicer. They made sure that my waiter spoke English and they answered all of my questions. I ordered a traditional dish, Pachamanka alla olla. It is a combination of lamb and chicken served with Andean vegetables and spices. As per custom, it is cooked and served in a clay pot. It was delicious. The limonada (lemonade) costs four dollars. It is fresh squeezed right on the site, and includes a dash of lime. On a hot day, it was wonderful. Before I left, the owner, Mr. Ali, on behalf of himself and his wife, Carolina, invited me to return again on my next visit to South Florida. He recommended the ceviche which can be served with passion fruit and fresh strawberries. I look forward to that return visit.

The restaurant added an automatic 18-percent “service charge” to my bill. When the server brought my credit-card slip, she didn’t mention it. The credit-card slip contained a blank tip line . For good service I usually tip 20% so if I did not catch the 18% added onto this bill it would’ve been a 38% tip the waitress who was the worst she disappeared for 45 minutes never coming back to the table. We ordered two beers she came to the table she did not have the tray balanced she takes one beer off and puts it in front of me and the other beer spills all down my leg she just walks away doesn’t say sorry doesn’t bring me napkins. The food was OK but when you have horrible service and you’re forced to still tip them 18% is ridiculous no incentive to be or better themselves in their profession.

I was so excited to find Peruvian food in Hollywood Beach, as it is a favorite ethnic food of mine which is impossible to get in Michigan. Our server was so friendly and helpful in assisting us in choosing our food and drink. The restaurant was packed inside and outside on a chilly Sunday evening and we now know why. Food was well prepared, presented and portions did not allow for me to order one of the Peruvian desserts which looked wonderful.

We had never had Peruvian food but we love to try different things so we went for it and were beyond impressed. The food was phenomenal!!!! The ceviche was the best we had ever had. The steamed potato appetizer was unlike anything we had ever had and now I have a new favorite way to eat potatoes. Every dish we saw looked so incredible. Make sure you go hungry because the portions are huge. If you aren't a drinker (or if you are a drinker but you are hungover... haha) I would highly suggest the Limonada, it was soooo good. 100% would go here again every time we were in the area.

Peruvian food was a complete mystery to us when we arrived at Pachamanka, but thanks to a descriptive menu and helpful servers, we had a very impressive experience. After seeing the size of the portions, we made the very wise decision to share. The Seviche Mixta was large with a fine mixture of delicious seafood. We followed that with the fish topped with mixed seafood in a yellow sauce with white rice. I only wish our limited appetites would have allowed tasting more of their many entrees. We will return.

Having traveled worldwide I think the best food I have ever had was in Peru. I was a tad concerned about this place as it was a few steps from the Hollywood Broadwalk and most places around that area serve OK food and are very overpriced, however, my party of 3 decided to give it a try. WOW we hit the jackpot. Mind you this is a small place and be prepared to wait. We were early and our lovely waitress " Carolina" put us at a nice table facing the walkway. The menu is filled with local Peruvian dish and I had the fish plate which was wonderful. I can not recall all the other dishes but everything was so tasty, in addition the owner Mr. "Ali" will make you the famous Peruvian drink "Pisco Sour", plus we also had him make the Pisco Passion. I could go on and on, if you like wonderful tasty cuisine give this Gem a try. Can not wait to return. Forgot to mention, prices are VERY fair

Sat down for dinner and had really good Peruvian food. Both dishes we had were full of flavor and I would recommend this place to others. I had the lamb and chicken in a bowl and my wife had the rice, chickeen, eggs and veggies dish. Both very good.

We tried the Jalea (fettuccini with chicken) and the Tallarin Verde (grilled seafood platter). Both entrees were very good with larger than average portions. We went late in the afternoon and the atmosphere was laid back and quiet. I would give them a 5 star except the waitress never offered us anything to drink except water, and then did not refill. Overall, good experience.

Panchamanka is one of many restaurants along Hollywood's Broadwalk but in our opinion it is one of the best. We ate outside. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. My wife had Panchamanka a la Olla, lamb and chicken slowly cooked in a clay pot in a herb sauce; I had Seco de Cordero, a lamb shank served in a sauce with cannellini beans. We sent our server back for spoons, we didn't want to miss a drop. She asked, with a bit of a sly smile, if I liked spice. I answered, a little. She returned with a condiment made up of mayo, jalapenos and other things that was so good and added just a bit of heat. We enjoyed our meals so much we had no room for dessert! We fixed that a few days later when we went to Panchamanka solely for dessert. Our server (I wish I knew her name she was so nice) recognized us and treated us like we were ordering the most expensive meal on the menu instead of tres leches cake. The cake was wonderfully presented and delicious! Panchamanka is one of the best Peruvian restaurants we have ever visited. Excellent food and portions, fair prices and warm and friendly people. Can't get better than that.

This restaurant is located right next to the Margaritaville Resort Hotel, and outside seatings are available. The waiter was super friendly and nice. I wanted to eat seafood and ordered Jalea, but probably it was not the best choice for me. Fried food quickly filled me up and I regrated it. Passion fruit juice was wonderful though. My family members ordered Carne a la Parilla and Filete de Pollo. I tasted both of them and they tasted great. The rice was very tasty and I enjoyed both the steak and chicken. If I have a chance to go back, I will definitely order the steak plate!

On a regular Wednesday evening, after a nice walk through the Broadwalk, I decided to check this place out. Also, a good friend recommended it. The restaurant is located in a prime, touristic area. The area is replete with international restaurants, shops, and an active atmosphere. Not to mention the gorgeous beach, which is just about a minute away, on foot. Tonight there was live Rock music just outside. The restaurant is a bit small, but quite trendy. It is nicely decorated. There was a great selection of beers, wines, and cocktails. I ordered the ceviche mixto, which was superb, and beautifully presented. It was more than satisfying. If you are a seafood lover, you would find this dish orgasmic. I highly recommend this place! 🇵🇪🍤🥗🌴🍺

Really liked this place. Brought the family, got a carafe of sangria. Started with ceviche which was so fresh and bright. We split the pachamanka a la olla, arroz con mariscos, and bistec a lo pobre. Everything was amazing… kids picked at everything so I got to eat probably two full meals, no complaints. Finished with suspiro which was so sweet and creamy. One of the best meals food wise I’ve had in a long time, I highly recommend it!

First time eating Peruvian food and it was incredible! My husband and I got the ceviche trio (I can't remember the proper name), but the ceviche was presented in 3 different sauces - original, yellow, and red Peruvian pepper. My husband ordered the fried rice with sirloin and I had the Patchamanka. His rice was good but didn't have a distinctly different flavor to it than any other fried rice, in my opinion. Mine was incredible! The service was good and the portions were huge. Definitely check it out!
