Wonderful place. Amazing service. All the waiters and servers were excellent and well mannered. Everything was full of respect.

I’m amazed how each stay only gets better and better. Right from check in, with Denitza, whose smiling face is so welcoming and always checks in on you during your stay. Had a fabulous evening in the lobby bar with an amazing team. Liz, Jose,...Codri, Shani and Dijana were such fun and made incredible cocktails. Carlos , bar mgr, was an absolute delight to speak with and his entire team is amazing. We had dinner in DP two nights in a row. Chef Rashad must be a master chef. The food is amongst the best I ever had. A true culinary experience. Shout out to Sanchez , Allyson and DPGM Brendan who made it all happen. Always a huge kudos to Sandra, lobby attendant, who always recognizes me in a sea of people. She is so sweet and genuine.More

Incredible steakhouse and awesome staff! While my wife and I were underwhelmed by the Diplomat overall (relative to what it was several years ago),Diplomat Prime was its saving grace! Food was wonderful. And the staff were even better. Has the feel of a classic, old...school steakhouse. Robert and Roseline should be running the hotel that’s how well they manage the restaurant. Equally so Gene, David and Sebastian should be running customer service. If the rest of the Diplomat ran as well as Prime I’d be sure to return.More

We had reservations at 8 pm on a Tuesday evening. We were greeted warmly and seated promptly. From that point on, the service was sluggish. Most of our party enjoyed the evening but agreed the food was just okay. My steak was ordered medium but...delivered closer to medium well w very little pink. When you pay that much for a steak, it should be cooked to order. At $80+ for a steak and $15 for a single side, this place is not worth the cost. I have definitely had better for less.More

This place was highly recommended for great FILET MIGNON. However, when I got mine I was not sure what I was tasting. Under the cut it looked and felt like somebody already ate it before me. When I showed it to our waitress it was...quickly taken away with a lot of apologies and replaced with a good one. It would all be forgiven and forgotten but when the check arrived it had charges for both, the good and the bad stakes. When I pointed this to a waiter he apologized for a mistake and removed the charge for a bad stake. However, I don't expect billing mistakes from places like this. If we had not paid the attention to the items listed on the check we would be overcharged $90.More

We were staying at the Diplomat. The restaurant/bar open at 5:30. Go for a drink...or two. Nice atmosphere. Good bartenders.

I had the Rib Eye, my wife had a tenderloin. It is the best Rib Eye steak on the planet. All the staff and service are excellent. Can't wait to go back.

Traveled almost an hour to get there and since it was late we ordered within 10 minutes of arrival. Menu is pretty overpriced, but that wasn’t the problem. Appetizers did not take too long but an hour and 20 minutes later the entrees still had...not arrived. By then it was about 10:30 and the place was almost empty so we asked for entrees. We found out that they had not started on them yet. Ten minutes later we had to cancel the order and left. Wine and appetizers were 460.00 so it was an expensive dinner considering that we all left hungry.More

Usually the hotel's restaurants are not known for it's quality and service. No the case here. There restaurant is very classy, serivce ins impacable and food delicious. We were very impressed.

Sebastian was absolutely phenomenal…we started with crab cakes and the snapper crudo to which he suggested the octopus since we enjoyed the 1st two starters. Words truly cannot describe how amazing the entire meal was and the service was superior! Sebastian and Fabian were fantastic...making the entire experience completely amazing. The Australian wagyu filet mignon will make you cry from complete disbelief a meat can taste that savory! I don’t know what else to say to convince others to make sure this restaurant is on their list of top restaurants!More

🤬 pretentious, over charged, I ordered the steak for a higher temp because of their written description and they over cooked the steak. The cauliflower was undercooked, when I asked for the left over to be wrapped up, they Only packed the steak... none of...the sides! Will never go back again and would never recommend them. So many better steakhouses out there.More
