We were two couples and decided to try Peruvian food. Waitress said after 9:00 p.m. alcoholic drinks were free for the ladies, so we ordered two pisco sours. Then, she brought the ajà de gallina , papa a la human Aina and lomo saltado, and we were not impressed at all by the flavor of the meal or the Pisco sour. However, what it was appalling, was that the waitress added the pisco sours to the bill, increasing the tax and the gratuity, but informing us that they were not charging the drinks. So, I asked for the real bill. Mortified she brought it again like doing us a favor, and gratuity said 15%, but in reality they were charging 18%. This is a matter of principle, not money. Never ever coming again. Music was too loud too, but videos of Latin Music was nice.

Very nice and friendly atmosphere. Large place, efficiently run so even if very crowded dishes still came out timely. Tried choros a la chalaca and they were good, with mussels stuck to to shell as it should be. Also had the Lomo Saltado which was tender and the rice tasted just like Peru. Other dishes looked very good. Pricing was more than reasonable. A bill for two people (we shared as dishes were big, abandoning plans to order more as we were full) and the bill, including 20% tip or so, came to under $30. This included seating and being served. Waitress was nice to bring water for our schauzer. Really made us feel good after a bad experience at a place nearby. Thank you Cabo Blanco. I am glad to see you are part of a chain with locations closer to my house than Hollywood. While nowhere in the area seems to offer free parking, the $1.50 per hour rate in Hollywood is reasonable and allowed a chance for a little walk afterwards. Happy to have been there. While I describe as Cheap Eats, it does not seem to do justice as what they offer is really value. It is not a place for disoriented tourists falling into a trap but instead you can see many Peruvians families there which I find a very good sign. They do offer specials from 12 to 4 daily. Rule of thumb in Peru is that if the place is packed, go. Places that are empty may be challenged for freshness but this is certainly not the case here. Pure serendipity. Had had a bad experience at a Peruvian place nearby specialized in sandwiches and decision to walk out led to this really interesting place. Will visit every chance I get.

Erica was awesome! She is friendly, informative, kind, and the food was amazing! I got a dish she recommended ( I was a little afraid to try the raw seafood so I got something that was cooked). I got grilled fish in a cream sauce. My Sister in law got the raw seafood and plantains. It was so good! Both dishes were amazing.

We went to the sister restaurant in Ft Lauderdale years ago and loved it. So we were happy to try the Hollywood location on this trip. That was a mistake. My wife ordered the 1/4 chicken and specified white meat multiple times, in both English and in Spanish. Her meal showed up as a thigh and leg. We attempted to talk to our server about this, but she either didn’t understand or didn’t care. The calamari in my seafood could not have been more chewy if it had been sautéed rubber bands. There are dozens of other restaurants on this street. Do yourself a favor and try any of them. Also, note the 15% gratuity added to your check, even for a party of two.

i eat Peruvian regularly and married into a Peruvian family for 38 years so i know the food and know that my tallerin and the churraso steak is not supposed to taste like a greasy pan of oil. I took a family member that lived in Hollywood to the one in HOLLYWOOD OH BOY what a mistake! BAD SERVICE, Had to get my waitress attention since she was busy doing things on cell phone diffrent times. Could care less I was dissatisfied. All the Bad Reviews given to this location in HOLLYWOOD is a 100 percent accurate. There are many different Peruvian Restaurants out there and it won't be this one I go to again.

1 star due to stealing money. The food is average, consequently overpriced. Jalea mixta had good batter and sauces, the portion was good but mainly felt like 75% calamari. The ceviche was seasoned properly but made with swai so no the best quality fish. The fried calamari was a bit over cooked and chewy. The friend yuca comes with literally 5 wedges of yuca (had to order 2 portions). My issues comes with the bill where they decide to add a 15% tip already. That is not a problem, a lot of restaurants do that. Given my bill (picture posted) 15% would have been $56 for the tip(total bill $352+$24 tax). And the receipt clearly says 15%. The problem lies in the fact that next to the 15%, the restaurant charged me $70. Basically stealing from me $16. Not a huge deal but I don’t consider this good business practice. I have called 3 times already and the manager (Jerry) never takes my call or calls me back. I’ve left all my information with the people that answer the phone. For that reason I would strongly NOT recommend Cabo Blanco restaurant for their lack of proper business practices and basically stealing your money.

Went today for lunch with the wife. She had shrimp over linguine, I had garlic fish. The flavors were great, food was excellent for both dishes, and the sauces were great too. We tasted each other's food, so it's not clear what went wrong, but we both could not wait to get to the bathroom afterwards. The owners should look into it, it's a pity this has happened. As another observation, they may want to do something about how the food is presented to the customers: it just doesn't look appetizing.

We eat here every Friday for lunch, #2 half chicken lunch for under $8 with sides..the picture is not the same as the new location and occasionally they include the gratuity in the meal so keep an eye on the check.

Nice place, really good music and great service. I get that it was a busy night and we had to wait for our dinner. But there is no excuse for salty fish/food. Fried fish was salty and so was the mariscada. Thankfully, they offered us complimentary sagria, I needed to take the salt flavor away. My husband is Peruvian himself, and he was not happy. Next time we will try Huacas down the street or any other place.

Nothing better than this restaurant in the heart of Hollywood Blvd.
Ceviche and seafood with an amazing taste; the main thing here is the price really cheap .....wish everyone to join the place and enjoy great food.

This is the new name of this restaurant. We stop by after a long morning at the beach with the kids and the service was great! If you have three hungry kids ages 4, 6 and 8 after spending hours playing at the beach you know how important is fast service. We ordered Pollo a la Brasa with fries and passion fruit drinks. Everything's was delicious our waitress was super fast and polite. Definitely recommend this places.

Great place to visit . They have really great prices for the portions of their food which makes it amazing . I love their arroz chaufa which is my norm to get there . The service is not amazing but decent .
