I believe in second chances, however, every time I go here it gets worse. Terrible service, ridiculous wait time, received wrong items, bathrooms locked and said only staff can use them. Just BAD.

Not sure why owners opened this place. Nice shiny stainless steel pastry cabinets. Floor looked clean. Bathroom clean. Cashier and two counter staff might want to find themselves another line of work. Your order and money are taken somewhat efficiently but then everything slows way...way down. The cashier does not attempt to move her arms further than the edge of the register. No attempt to help counter staff and then she disappears. Counter staff start moving once you ask where is my order? After you have waited 15 minutes in front of the counter and noticing that there are no customers ahead of us. The principals cannot be in it for the long haul. Will not return or recommend this place.More

The service: If you enjoy waiting over 5 minutes to be served while being the only one in line as you watch the waitperson walk back & forth doing nothing except trying to look busy, this is the place for you. Insult to injury, someone...familiar walked into the near empty establishment & is promptly acknowledged before I was. For a minute, I thought I was invisible. After speaking up, I’d think an apology would be warranted the server, but nope. The poor customer apologized & tried to take responsibility for cutting ahead of me. In his defense, he didn’t cut the line but was signaled for service by the walkabout young lady server. If this had been a one off experience, I wouldn’t mind but it’s consistent & a reason I stopped going to this establishment a few months after they opened. Today I was in a hurry, so foolishly thought I’d give it another try. The Food: Ordered two baked empanadas that were pretty bland & very cold. There’s really no excuse for room temperature food that contains meat. Their cakes & sweets looked amazing but won’t be back to try them.More
