Tasty food and even better entertainment with the Mr. Willie Green.. he was awesome! Service was great and sweat tea just as good as it is back home in Kentucky. I also loved all the books they had on display and for sale.

There is a Confederate Flag hanging in the bar. Had I seen that on my way in, I would have left. The South lost the war. And in the current political climate, I feel like I gave bigots my money.

I had dinner Sunday night with my daughter and friends. Good food, very interesting setting. We had great service from Debbie who delighted us with stories from her many years at the Yearling. Lots of fun in a good family environment!

Founded in 1952, it's a classic, the decor is historic, they celebrate the Florida Cracker culture.. They have a very good staff, the menu is southern. Maybe, the best part is the entertainment: legendary blues singer Willie Green.

I am sorry we did not met your expectations. The pot roast is a smaller portion that comes over rice with one side. Most of our dinners come with two side dishes, but many customers want smaller portions. Your shrimp and grits was prepared by...More

Well you are right, our place is very old. It was built in the 40s as a fish camp. Turned into a restaurant in 1952 and since that time has had very few updates. Some people love that and some don't. We only have one...More

My wife and I went The Yearling Restaurant for her birthday lunch. We were offered three different seating areas - the quiet back dining room, the front dining room where Willy was playing the blues, or the lounge. We opted for the front dining room....More
