Build-Your-Own-Burger

There are a couple Relish locations across Gainesville but I gave the one downtown a try on a Saturday afternoon. At Relish you build-your-own-burger after choosing how many patties and if you want to pay for extras like bacon, cheese, fried egg, avocado, etc. Then you get to add whatever toppings you want for free: tomatoes, pickles, mushrooms, red onions, pineapple, jalapeños, black olives, all kinds of seasonings, plus so many more. I added fries and a fountain drink to my single patty without extras and it totaled $12.70. Not a horrible price. The burger was juicy and the fries were perfectly crispy. A pretty solid burger overall.

I gave it 3 stars because the food was ok, the place was very clean, and the girl who was working the counter was polite. However, the place closed at 6:00. We got there at 5:28. It was obvious that it was an inconvenience. Honestly, we were starving but we should've just gone someplace else. Another group entered behind us and received the same lack of welcome. Then we were told he was locking the door.....at 6:01 per my phone. It's OK if you want to be out by 6:00 but then close at 5:30. Again, the food was quick and good, but no food is worth feeling like an inconvenience in a business where your product is the customer experience.

Best burger in Gainsville hands down

The food is great. Definitely the best burger in Gainsville. The service is even better, people are super friendly and helpful. Ambience is immaculate, always clean, always good people around, and always good music. Is a vibe.

My boyfriend and I go here an unhealthy amount it is THAT good. The food is always amazing and you cannot outdo the service here everyone is SO nice, special shoutout to Jerome who is an absolute delight every time we come in!

THE BEST BURGER!

This place is like no other burger joint. The burgers are juicy and the meat is high quality. But the best thing is the outrageous number of toppings they offer. Never a dull burger. You can literally eat a totally different burger every time. A must dining experience in Gainesville.

Have been to two Relish locations. They are both consistently good. Was here on New Year's Eve after the fireworks at Depot Park. It was packed, and there was a long line. However, the two employees really hustled and handled it well.

They have special on Tuesday's at lunch. My friend and I practically go every week, the manager Mike, knows us by name. It's like a subway but for burgers, chicken, fish sandwiches.

Relish is a great option to have a good and quick burger with friends in Gainesville. Toppings posibilities are huge and service is on point. Also fries are great.
