We travel to Fort Walton every July for several years and Old Bay Steamer is a staple for us to eat at once or twice minimum! I love this place and I always look forward to eating here. Eclectic atmosphere, wonderful food, and great service. Never a long wait either.

I always enjoy this place. The Steamers are out of this world. The price goes up a little every year, but I think it is worth it. They have Valet parking now, which is a definite plus. My wife had the pineapple shrimp and my Boy and I had the super steamer. Royal red shrimp, clams, oysters, king and snow... More

I've eat at this establishment a couple of times but not lately. We stopped to eat the night before Mother's Day and ordered a dozen raw oysters for an appetizer and steamed shrimp and oysters for the main course. The oysters were so small that you had to put 3-4 on a cracker. The steamed shrimp was cooked too long... More

Fantastic meal! We always visit on our trips to Ft. Walton. While the prices aren't cheap, the atmosphere is family friendly. Our girls love seeing the crab legs and watching us crack them. Crab stuffed mushrooms are our fav! The steamer for one plates are more than enough to share.

We decided to dine at Old Bay Steamer on the recommendation of our waiter at Holiday Inn Resort. Everything was delicious...shrimp and chicken fettuccine Alfredo, lobster, crab cakes and steamers! If you are looking for seafood options, you won't be disappointed here!

What a meal!!! Yes, it's not cheap, but it was well worth every penny. Those steamer pots are SO good and I particularly loved the "red shrimp" I had never had that kind before and despite having to pull the little heads off :) it was so sweet and delicious. Our waitress (I wish I could remember her name) was... More

Good food with great service. The salad was really delicilious. The Gumbo was great. My entree was grilled tuna which was prepared just right.
