We had the wedding ceremony and reception on the 2nd floor of Angler's. The off-site coordinator (Natalia) did a great job. The on-site coordinator (Courtney) was superb and ensured the setup, decorations, meals and wedding plans were on-time and prepared properly. The wedding official/DJ (Darrin...Veasey) did a great job officiating and played a variety of requested music keeping the guest happy and dancing. Great Job by All!! Thomas DunnMore

The restaurant has only two things going for it: good location and a pleasant hostess and server. The hostess apologized for the long wait (very few people waiting) and VERY slow service. I realize that restaurants have had some difficulty attracting workers in recent months....However, we ate at five other restaurants on the trip and did not have anything like the wait and poor service at Angler's. My shrimp and crab dip ($13) had an off taste to it. After a few bites, I stopped eating it and concentrated on the tasteless grouper fingers and mashed potatoes that I suspect came from a box. My friend's seafood Alfredo was served over penne pasta. She could not identify the bits of seafood in it. It was unappetizing in taste and appearance. We did not order dessert or alcohol but spent $80.00 for the substandard meal. It was by far the worst food and most expensive meal of the week. The women's restroom was a disgrace. Of the four stalls, two were out of order. The locks did not work on the other two, leading to a very embarrassing situation for one poor lady. This restaurant appears to be short staffed and poorly managed.More

We waited 45 min to be seated, no problem, sat at our table for 10 minutes and no service. They sat 2 different family at 2 empty table next to us, they got served and still seating there. We are locals so we got up...and left to The Shack better service and better food for the price!!! This will definitely be our last time going to Angler's!!!More

Honestly, just overpriced average food. However… the live music was great, the drinks were fairly priced, and the atmosphere was awesome! I recommend coming here for a drink and listening to the live music on the pier, but I definitely wouldn’t stay for dinner. Our...server Seaton was friendly and approachable and was the best part of the “restaurant” aspect of Angler’s.More

I want to give this place the benefit of the doubt because it appeared that they were understaffed (which is the case with many restaurants now). The food was good and the location was beautiful. Right on the water next to the pier. Overall, the...service was friendly, but slow. I probably won’t be back but it’s definitely worth a visit! The bacon wrapped scallops were awesome.More

Excellent service and food! We tried Sunday brunch during this visit and it was delicious. The strawberries & cream french toast is amazing.

I had the blackened seared tuna and my husband had the grouper reuben. Not only was the food fantastic but our waitress Amy was extremely attentive and had a bubbly personality. We will definitely be coming back, not to mention you can't beat the view!

Had lunch here on a beach day. Ordered grouper sandwich and build your own burger, both sandwiches were very good. The staff was attentive and responsive to requests. We sat out on there deck. It would be nice if the plastic panels would be taken...down to allow more natural air movement.More

Coconut shrimp and Peel and eat shrimp were amazing. Best coconut shrimp I’ve ever ate. The coconut lime sauce added so much flavor. May go back a second time before leaving.
