On our recent trip to Ft. Myers Beach, we were thrilled to see that this cool place was still in business. We enjoyed watching the Bruins, enjoying some oysters and some cold beers.

We always plan a dinner at SOBs when visiting Fort Myers. We especially love their Dungenous crab dinner, but they have plenty of other options. Very casual atmosphere.

We went out on a fishing charter (Captain Tony's - Great Time) and brought back fresh fish that we caught. They cooked it up and served it family style. It was wonderful. They do an awesome job for a very reasonable price. Waitress was very nice and helpful.

Live music, open air, pretty good food, great location, has that Classic Rock bar kind of feel. It's a fun place to hang out and grab a bite.

The fire grilled oysters were great. So was the mesquite smoked grouper. It had just the right amount of an me to give it flavor but not overpower the fish. My wife had the crab cakes. They had large lumps of crab and hardly any filler. They were some of the best we've ever had.

We've eaten here several times in the past and enjoyed it. This time was very different. Small portions, mediocre quality (although the smoked fish dip appetizer was good, the coconut shrimp were small and the batter fell off leaving just overcooked shrimp). The menu prices don't seem bad, until the food is delivered. The guy seating people (a bartender in... More
