Go on a Sunday and kick back with Deb and the Dynamics. We went for lunch and the entertainment was great. Average price but the food and drinks were worth the trip. Nice crowd and parking was not a big deal. Wie will be back for sure.l

This restaurant was on my mom's list of places to visit, as she is a fan of the Doc Ford mystery series. It exceeded her expectations and was a fun literary connection for her. She raved about the Yucatan shrimp, declaring it the best meal she had on our trip. All told, our family of 5 enjoyed the atmosphere and... More

The food was lovely and the cocktails were excellent! My husband ordered the carrot cake and it was huge! Definitely worth the walk over the bridge :-)

We had a very tasty and good time here. We wanted absolutely fresh shrimp, local, no fooling around with previously frozen or SE Asian shrimp. And that is what we got. They were outstanding! Delicious! The house Margaritas were ok, nothing special. One member in our group of 4 had a rum flight (4 different rums) and loved every drop.... More

We rode the trolley to the other side of the bridge to visit Doc Ford's. The food was really flavorful and not too expensive. We did not have to wait long to get a table, even at 7:00pm.

Doc Ford's is one of our favorite places to eat when we visit Fort Myers. The yucatan shrimp is great and the views of the water are fantastic. This past visit we had Stephen as our server. He was excellent and very attentive to our needs. We have two young children and he was patient with us and our mess.... More

My family loves this restaurant and goes every year while on vacation here. Doc fords has a place to park your boat and your car for visitors coming by boat or by car. Never have I been to Doc Fords and had bad service, the servers and hostesses are always very friendly and helpful. Secondly, their food is amazing. On... More

The location is great and people are nice but of the 5 meals ordered, only one was not mediocre. It's pricey and we expected a better meal.

Great food with a million dollar view. This restaurant does get busy during the dinner rush so make sure to get there early or make reservations if they take them. Outstanding food, service and the view of the backwaters is wonderful!
