Went on a Friday night, 730 pm, busy but was seated quick, had the sweet and sour chicken. Ordered and brought wrong order, off to a bad start, wanted the dinner portion, which is more money and just brought out the large order minus the...egg roll I would of liked, oh well. Overall food was good, nothing that blew me away. Flavor was good. Service ok, would of rated good but messed up order.More

We were pretty regular customers until a recent visit. The waitress refused to let us order from the luncheon menu when several minutes remained according to their policy. Won't be back!

We wanted to try another Chinese takeout, so we decided on DJ's. Unfortunately, it was not good. Food was very bland. We got sweet/sour chicken, Kung Pau Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice, Rangoons, Egg rolls. Kung Pau Chicken was suppose to be spicy, but Not!. Everything...tasted the same, no seasonings or spices. VERY BLAND!. It was very disappointing.More

This is a nice, clean restaurant with great noon specials. We also ate there in the evenings where the portions are larger but without the egg roll and fried rice which is included at noon. The food is served piping hot. The servers are very...pleasant and enjoy conversing with the people eating there. Great place with very reasonable prices.More

I have been going to DJ Chinese for many years now. It is by far my favorite place to eat. I have become very close with the amazing workers there. The food is so delicious and the closest you can get to real food from...China. I have never been let down by DJ’s and I plan on going there for the rest of my life. Lisa is one of the best waitresses there and she is so awesome! Their service is great and to-go orders are done in minutes. I usually get the chicken and broccoli. It is PHENOMENAL! If you are looking for a restaurant to go to in Fort Myers this is my #1 recommendation! Thank you DJ Chinese for making my life so much better. Dj Chinese completes me. I would be nothing without my weekly chicken and broccoli with white rice.More

My wife and I gave DJ’s a try based on the positive reviews but was totally disappointed in the food and service! Hostess was not cordial and the place is in desperate need of a makeover! Only a few customers should have been a hint...that we should have made a hasty exit but after placing our order, we had to ask for hot tea and water. We ordered Gen. Tso and the chunks were large and breading was undercooked! The meal included broccoli and we only received a fork with no knife to cut the chicken and broccoli! The rice was bland with no flavor! We frequent many Chinese restaurants and are usually pleased with the food and service but without a doubt this was our worst experience ever!More

Went there today for my daughters birthday. Also happened to fall on Chinese New Year. We got there early and made a reservation because we knew it would be busy. Food was good. Fresh. Better than take out. They were busy so it was slow...to get our check, but this will not factor in to the quality of the food. We had a great time and my daughter enjoyed her New Years birthday!More

We have now eaten here twice. The first time was Christmas Eve and I wanted to actually eat at a Chinese restaurant instead of just take out. When we walked in it took me back to the Chinese restaurants of my childhood, a rare treat....Clean and simply decorated, they even have a couple of large tables with a lazy Susan in the middle. We ordered spring rolls and pan-fried noodles. The spring rolls were disappointing, hence the loss of a star. But the pan-fried noodles made us come back! Our second visit was better and we ordered krab Rangoon and wonton soup for appetizers. My husband says the wonton soup is the best he has had, and the Krab Rangoon was 10 pieces and freshly made. We also ordered roast pork with pea pods and a different pan-fried noodle. Both were so yummy and we brought half home. I noticed on both trips that quite a few tables ordered the duck, and I believe you can get a half or whole duck. I had hot tea, but they do serve alcohol. Service is warm and friendly, the servers will explain and suggest items and we're happy to bring out extra white rice and hot mustard. Across-the-board good eating in a none-pretentious atmosphere.More

Very difficult to find a good Chinese restaurant in Fort Myers but once we found the restaurant we have been back numerous times for a fast lunch. The servers do a good job and got our food out quickly. Unfortunately today, on one of the...hottest October days the restaurant had NO AC. It would have been nice if they told us and we would have ordered to go. Instead the staff brought out electric fans which helped some. The food was very good, lunch prices have gone up but still reasonable.More
