My family and I had lunch here a few times now and sadly, today will be the last. The quantity and quality of their food is not as good anymore. One of our order was Salt and Pepper Pork Chop for $13.95. I was very...disappointed with the quantity. It was not worth the $13.95. We are not going back.More

The food was absolutely great and presented well. This place was also ADA accessible for anyone needing to come in with a wheelchair. However, the food took a long time to be served and I felt the service was not the best. I will consider...COVID, but they had a lot of staff servers.More

We lived in SE Asia for nearly 7 years, 3 of them in Hong Kong. This place is as close as you can get to being there anywhere near here.

No reservations taken walk in only. Waited about 8 minutes for a table. Extensive Dim Sum menu. We only ordered the vegetable spring roll-2. The were served freshly made - not refried- with a sweet and chili sauce. I also requested the hot mustard. Very...good. We had the chicken Hot & Sour soup. We missed the traditional pork but the soup was tasty and a good portion. I ordered the Mongolian beef and it came with the two kinds of onions and red peppers which improved the presentation and taste. I had the plain rice. Excellent dish My companion had shrimp and broccoli in an oyster garlic sauce whic was tasty. The shrimp were large and tasty. Served with brown rice. Another excellent dish. The ice tea was good. A great meal. The waitress did good job of catering to our needs and those of nearby tables. The business is located in an older strip mall with plenty of parking. The interior looks clean and bright. We will return in the future when we want Chinese food. Nearby tables had the Dim Sum and appeared to be regulars.More

Drove from far southwest Naples after reading so many positive reviews. There are so pretty decent Chinese/Asian restaurants in Naples but none that have blown us away. So we gave Ginger Bistro a try; it was great. First for your COVID awareness; we are fully...vaccinated with the booster and did not wear masks. All staff did at all times. The table spacing was more than adequate for social distancing. The place was very clean, warmly greeted and seated immediately (we'd made a reservation just in case). Our server, SU was exceptional throughout the entire meal. Gave some great detailed descriptions when I asked for clarity on two items. The Peking Duck was great! Priced fairly at $40.00, nice presentation and cooked to perfection. Bistro fried rice, mixed seafood chow fun and sizzling black bean chicken were all delicious and fresh. The staff was hustling, and I mean like constantly brisk walking to ensure everything was done to satisfy their customers. I would definitely return.More

I just finished my review on yelp of this place. We have eaten inside Ginger many times and it was always decent. We have been ordering from doordash lately. I thought I would give it a try. I ordered sweet and sour chicken. It was...horrible. The chicken, if it were truly chicken was so fat/grizzly I could not eat it. The breading wasn’t crisp but mushy. The pot stickers were terrible. I thought I would never order from there again. About 7-8 months later, hubby and I decided to give it another go. What another disappointment. I got Kung Po Chicken and hubby got Sweet and sour pork. Kung Po Chx: The pieces of chx were smaller than the veggies. I am not even sure it was chicken, just small fatty/muscular pieces of something. Sweet and sour pork: omg, his sweet and sour pork was just as bad. Fatty pork if it was pork, mushy breading. The rice was mushy on his and uncooked on mine. I mean ,how hard is it to cook rice? Steamed pot stickers were horrible. I know for sure we will never do take out again from here. I don’t know if they save the scraps to cook for take out? We may never eat inside again either.More

It's been awhile but we had a hankering for some dim sum. So it was in car for the 45 minute drive to Fort Myers. We ordered a plethora of dishes and dim sum. The dim sum: shrimp dumpling, pork shumai, steamed ginger soup buns,...roast pork bun, chrispy taro turnovers, deep fried meat turnovers, fried shrimp rolls, steamed rice rolls and egg tarts. The dishes were: half roast duck, roast pork and snow pea tips. A lot of food. Lol. But there were five of us. Enjoyed ever last morsel. Looking forward to returning.More

My sister took me to this restaurant on a recent trip to Fort Myers. In years past Chinese Food in Fort Myers meant OK take out. This is a beautiful bistro and the food was amazing. Who knew you could get Dim Sum in Fort...Myers! All the dishes we had were delicious, well prepared and quickly served. Can’t wait to return!More

They practice proper masking and social distancing (tables spaced apart). The whole restaurant looks clear with clear structural ventilation. This is a very upscale Chinese restaurant, which even PF Chang franchisees would envy! The menu was longer than I like, but close study reveals many...unique dishes. Several HK bbq entrees including duck and Peking duck. There’s the braised Aussie abalone, which they just sold out unfortunately. I went for dim sum, which I haven’t had for several years now. It’s made to order from a list you’ll have to choose from (they don’t have the push cart a server goes around with as is generally the case for dim sum joints). The surprises: Eggplant stuffed with pork (I thought), 3 types of shrimp dumplings (watercress, chives, and one other), egg curd rolls, and Korean-style seafood pancakes. They all went well with a dash of chili oil. Pur-eh was a treat. Take-out roast duck was a bonus. Wow!More

I ordered the mongolian beef and my husband ordered the almond chicken. We both were disappointed. Even though I asked the serve to have the beef lightly seasoned/spiced it was so spicy/hot it burnt my mouth. When I told her it was too spicy she...said the kitchen did not know how to lighten the seasoning...she did not give me the opportunity to change my order. My husbands meal had wafer thin chicken that was horrible. Waited and had to ask twice for water. We will not be back to this restaurant.More

What better place to get authentic food for Chinese New Year's than from the Ginger Bristol. We had a selection Peking duck, roast pork, shrimp lo mein, whole fish, spring rolls, various dim sum and egg custard. Enjoyed every last bite.

Food was great. Mongolian beef is amazing as well as the lo mein. The beef portion was small and dwarfed by the veggies but the noodles got me full. Wife absolutely loves the shumami.
