Pork belly and duck dishes are as good as anything in Kowloon in Hong Kong. If you want authentic, go here!

After playing hockey at the Skatium, I was in search of Chinese food and was very happy to find the Ginger Bistro. We got takeout. We received very friendly service & our to go food was prepared quickly. The pork egg rolls and cha sui...were très delicious and hit the spot!More

Great variety of seafood, chicken, beef, and pork dishes. Many appetizers. Egg rolls were light and tender. Many Asian beers and wine options. Food was very good but service was rather slow on a Sunday night. Two of our party had to flag the waitress...down to Reminder her that we had not received our entree when everyone else had. But everyone's dish was delicious.More

Always in search of authentic dim sum. We were too late: dim sum service here is between 11:00 and 3:00 p.m. However... our server did point us to a dim sum appetizer, which was scrumptious. We tried the Kung Pao chicken and General Tso's tofu,...which were also very tasty, fresh, hot, obviously made to order. Just right, the Goldilocks of Chinese entrees. Our server also brought us egg tarts from the missed dim sum service, probably after I looked so crushed that we missed it, and the egg tarts (always my favorite!) were perfection. If you are in search of dim sum near Ft. Myers, give this a try, but don't be late. Also, don't let the strip mall outside appearance put you off, the inside is chic, clean, and modern. Worth going there despite our lack of planning. Thank you, Ginger Bistro!More

We went for lunch and let me tell you, I never thought that eating lunch is more stressful than work!!! Our dumpling came out frozen in a middle, out server was more busy eating lunch with her frinds and family than serving us which was...HER JOB. We literally had to call out to everyone in there just to get one person's attention. Our crystal fried rice was missing several ingredients and we were told that they made changes in ingredients but just didn't change on a menu.....yup...great answer!!!! Then, they still charged us for the most expensive fried rice on a menu even though scallops and raisins were missing. Then after we asked for the check, food runner brings out the replacement for the frozen dumpling that we sent back to kitchen about an hour ago. Our waitress never applogized nor even acknowledged all the mistakes. She acted as we were annoying her. I am a server myself for the past 7 years on very high volume restaurant, my man is a chef at fine dining. WE WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK AGAIN.I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE. EMPLOYEES AT THIS PATICULAR RESTAURANT DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL.More

We were a large group, service was excellent, food was nicely presented and piping hot! Wine prices were very good also! They do not have NA beer which seems to be very popular with the designated driver! All in all a great night out!

Food is good. A little expensive for Chinese. Plus they dont include rice or te with your order. I have one closer to my house and there is also good .
