We just wanted to give kudos to a great waitress we had at Shoeless Joes. It was a Friday evening, around 4:30-5:00, after the Twins Baseball game. We used the ticket to get the wing special listed. Our waitress, Kimberly, was extremely pleasant and even...though the place was completely filled and there were lines coming in, she always came back to us with a smile on her face and asking if she could help us with anything. She was very friendly and alot of times when a place is busy, you get a rush job treatment. Not Kimberly, she kept coming over to check on us. We are from Milwaukee, WI and were very impressed with her.More

After the Twins game used our ticket to enjoy 20 wings for the price of 10. $12.99. Very tasty, good size, great sauces. The Parmesan garlic sauce was the best. Happy hour pricing for drinks. Staff friendly and efficient. Sat on the deck and enjoyed...the sun. Best wings we have found.More

I found the food here to be your average bar type food, nothing overly great or bad, just average. The service was also just average. Nothing really notable here.

Stopped in for a beer & lunch. Had the turkey panini which was disappointing. Hardly any turkey & tasteless. The onion rings were thin & crisp. The beer was cold.

We stayed here for two nights and decided to check this place out and glad we did. Our server, Emily, was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us to make good decisions. Get the chicken alfredo and substitute shrimp. The sauce is amazing! The...pigskin panini was good too. We never had to wait for service and we would definitely eat here again when we come back. As for some of the other reviews, it is a sports bar. Don't be surprised if sports people show up and sometimes get passionate about their game. The live music on the patio was nice and I found a new friend in smokin' Bill, appearing every Thursday 6-9. We would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.More

Six of us met here for dinner, a repeat of last year when we came her for a Red Sox spring training day. Our server, Kat B was very good, handling us and her other tables with ease. I had the Caesar salad with grilled...shrimp. There were plenty of shrimp and they were tender. Others had the fish and chips, mahi Reuben sandwich and the California salad. The food was as would be expected at a sports bar. It was extremely loud on this visit. There were two groups of golfers, one with a group of 6, the other with about 12. As the evening progressed, they got louder and louder, presumably the beer was going down faster and faster. Not much on the menu for my vegan wife so we decided to pick a different restaurant on next year’s visit. 2-20-2020More

Buy one get one free wings is not really free. There is a mandatory Tip of 20% on the free offer making them really cost $5.19. I have no problem tipping 20% with great service and do it all the time. This was not great...service and just so so wings..Our friends order did not include BOGO and they were allowed to tip what the wished. I will not return to this place.More

After several stays at the Crowne Plaza, the best thing that I can say about Shoeless is that it's convenient. Both the food and the service range from indifferent to quite good. For the area, the prices are reasonable. This latest experience was no different....Steak & cheese sandwich had a lot of meat, but was otherwise dry and bland. Pizza had lots of cheese, but was soft and mushy. Grouper bites were good, but only if you took off the really thick layer of breading. Same with onion rings. All coating and very little onion. Surprisingly limited draft beer list, but you could probably find at least one that was acceptable to you. Bottom Line: If you're staying at the Crowne, if you're tired from traveling and just don't feel like going out, this place is fine. If you've got a car, though, and can get out of the Bell Towers complex, there are a lot better destinations in Fort Myers.More

Convenience is definitely key when traveling -- glad you had a good visit to see us. That said, your steak and cheese sandwich should always be packed with flavor. Please know you can always let our staff know if something is not to your liking....More

Good sports bar. Fun atmosphere. Beer could be a little colder. Food was very good as well. Nice wait staff.
