Here's the deal. This restaurant was recently taken over by new people from a couple of long term owners. It specializes in Mid East fare; gyros, chicken, lamb and salads. On our first trip there, we had some of the food we usually order and it was quite good. We've been patrons for years. The new owners gushed about how... More

Leaving in Chicago for most of my life I know what a good Gyros is. Pita Palace delivers on the amount of Gyro and sauce. If you are craving a Gyros this is the place. Need to improve their fountain drinks. They are flat.

We were a little wary of revisiting the Pita Palace since it was under new management. We shouldn't have worried; the gyros were very good, just as they were in previous visits. Not many customers here on any of our visits, which is unfortunate because the prices are right, and the food is good. Recommended.

We enjoyed our meal the food was very tasty and the price was reasonable. $10 for a chicken platter. We were told by our server the restaurant was under new management and she has been there just over a week. I think the service, and timing still need to be worked out. Nonetheless, the food was great and we will... More

Had the chicken pitas and found them to be excellent. Plenty of chicken in flavorful wrap. Restaurant is very clean and quiet. Prices are reasonable, especially if you get the daily special. Recommend for a nice leisurely diner or lunch.

I went here for chicken Shawarma, it was seasoned very different than what I had before. It was not bad, but I had much better. It is hard to find good Mediterranean food, this place is not bad. Had some decent home cooked food service was great. Falafel patties were not cooked completely. My suggestion to the cook is to... More

This is a small, unassuming storefront in a Publix anchored strip mall with great food. The owner was very friendly and we ordered way too much knowing that we would be taking out the leftovers. Everything was delicious. The Baba Ganoush was smoky and flavorful, the Stuffed Grape Leaves were some of the best I ever had, and even though... More

Had a great experience here. The food was fresh and tasty, both of us had gyros! Tzatziki sauce was delicious. Best gyros we have ever had!

This little place is still largely unknown to people I talk to, but it's my favorite local spot for quality Middle Eastern food. Excellent hummus, grape leaves, felafel, and tabouleh, among other things. Very good pita wrap sandwiches, whether you go with the beef, chicken or lamb, or the many vegetarian options. The value is excellent.....virtually nothing on the menu... More
