Love this place, owner was super inviting. The food was incredible and everything was reasonable. Who wouldn't want to have a tea time with the girls! It was honestly so nice to sit around and watch multiple families generations of women around us, grandmothers with...their granddaughters, moms and daughters, it was also super heart warming to see a few fathers there. Highly recommendMore

We absolutely love the generational groups that come to either just visit or celebrate special occasions. Thank you for the great review and for supporting our business.

I was pleasantly surprised at what a wonderful experience this was. The food was so great. I ordered their quiche and would highly recommend. The homemade cookies were so fresh & YUMMY. The waitress was a doll. The atmosphere was quaint. The tea was spot...on lovely. Highly recommend. Also loved that people came dressed in ordinary clothes, shorts & Tshirt. And men seemed not only welcomed but comfortable. Their meaty well portioned thick sandwich’s are a great lure for any hungry guy. My 17 year old son said he’d surprise his girlfriend and take her there.More

We enjoyed the Royal Tea, starting with the wild rice soup. It was all so delicious! We tried peach tea, enchanted forest, berry blast, chocolate covered strawberry teas. We felt so elegant and special. Highly recommend!!

First rime trying Wisteria Tea Room and we were not disappointed! Our server Lisa was a delight, she was so pleasant and helpful. We had the quiche special which was creamy and delicious, the mac & cheese was very flavorful and enjoyed by a mac...& cheese snob :) the duo salad was outstanding with fresh fruit chicken salad and egg salad. The owner stopped by and was so personable and lovely. We are planning to return again!!More

Loved the interior. A bit more contemporary than your typical tea house. I thought Texas were fabulous. I wished they served a little more food.

Arrived here just before closing time 2.45 and were very warmly greeted by Bobbi the owner even though we didn’t have a reservation she happily seated us, you could see she’s having a great time! Bunni our server was lovely and the Salads, Scones, teas...and pastries were to die for, served on beautiful China dinner wear. Brightly decorated, a great buzz with about 40/50 ppl enjoying lunch and Afternoon Teas in a warmly and brightly decorated atmosphere. Noticeable that every person who left went back to Bobbi to thank her for the experience, this is a must do but make reservations, you may not be as lucky as us!More

I was so happy to find this on Trip Advisor. My brother moved to Fort Myers and I made it a point to make Wisteria a destination for lunch. I do recommend reservations, it was already bust at 11:30 am and we waited 20 minutes...for a table. We enjoyed a pot of herbal tea that Kayle recommended, it has a wonderful sweet scent and tasted of carmel, delicious! My brother ordered a roast beef sandwich with a chickpea salad side, I ordered an egg salad sandwich on gluten free toast with the broccoli salad side. We also ordered a gluten free scone with cream. It it so amazing that they have gluten free options!More

My daughter and I made reservations for tea. We arrived on time and were promptly greeted. We waited about 2 minutes and were seated at a table for two. Kayla was our waitress. She was very pleasant and very attentive. We ordered an Afternoon Tea...and started with the Frosted Plum Spice tea, it was excellent! We tried 2 more teas that were equally enjoyable. The mac’n cheese and hot artichoke white cheddar tart were hot and very flavorful. The sweets were delicious. We had a lovely time together. The ambiance is exactly what you’d expect of a charming tea house. We have been here several times and have never been disappointed. Well done ladies!More

We will not be going back, we will never book again, and we have started to spread our disappointments among the community. We truly adored this place at our first (and only) booking. Unfortunately, we were not aware that the management behind the business does...not take the customer into consideration as much as they do the money (read the other bad reviews, too!). My sister and I surprised our mothers/in-laws with the Mother's Day lunch. We heard through word of mouth they had this event so my sister simply called to inquire about it and booked an appointment. It was about $420. After giving our info, the amount of people, and credit card info, that was the end of the discussion. HOWEVER, being that we have NEVER booked for ANY event at Wisteria, they apparently do Mother's Day lunches the DAY BEFORE MOTHER'S DAY. The ONE important detail they left out upon her inquiry. So of course, between the six of us, we expected an actual Mother's Day lunch, right? We get a call late, the day before, asking if we are coming. No... we had already set our plans in stone for the next day. We explained how we were not confirmed over the phone as to the appointment date, nor did they send an e-mail with said confirmation. They simply told us "well it's all over the internet" regarding the date. Don't you think we would have liked to have the lunch? You think we felt like throwing money at your business for kicks? So at first, we didn't even ask for our money back. We simply requested to book on a different day, instead. Mind you--the Mother's Day lunch costs MORE than the regular lunch. We weren't even looking to get the difference back. Nope, they said we couldn't even re-book. From there, they ALSO said they wouldn't refund us the money, as per their 'no-refund policy.' We were totally shocked, my sister was absolutely devastated and we felt we let our mothers/in-laws down. We not only had nothing planned for them at this point, but we also were out the money for this event and could not do anything else with them because of it. We simply asked for a replacement lunch or our money back. Hell, even a partial refund. I HIGHLY suggest this company begins confirming appointment dates, whether upon booking, by e-mail or as a courtesy to the customer the day before. On top of it all, they wanted us to go pick up the food for the $420 instead of letting us simply reschedule for a regular meal on a regular day. It makes no sense. The food isn't all that is $420... it's a SERVICE. It's about the experience and lasting memories with the time we have left with our mothers. Thank you for taking that away from us... and for what?More
