Wife and I had Hunter schnitzel on Friday 9/16 and it was outstanding! We have enjoyed this restaurant many times over the last few years and always found it to be very good to excellent. The choices of sauces for the schnitzel are many and all that I have tried are very good. We will be back again. JNB

I have read in other reviews that the owner of this location claims that all negative reviews are "invented." I can say that with more than 34,000 readers and hundreds of reviews and being a Level 6 Contributor that there is no need for that in this case. I had the opportunity to have lunch at the restaurant today for... More

hello Ryan G. ???? Normally I never write back to a hiding person who is not capable enough to complain in person when they are in the restaurant, but you have been the TOP. First, a cook is a cook and works in the kitchen as you might know and not at a TV show where all is new and... More

Not an easy place to find, it's kind of tucked into the back of a swanky little shopping plaza. It is not a large place, but the atmosphere is nice and kind of cozy. I would highly suggest making a reservation!! The kitchen is open and in the middle of the restaurant... you can hear them flattening and tenderizing the... More

A wide selection of schnitzel are offered. My date had a very good one. I had the sauerbraten. Wonderful. The bread which came with the meal was incredible. I understand it is crowded in season. We had no problem getting a table but it is August.

I wish I could give them 4 1/2 stars because 4 just doesn't seem to be enough and there isn't many that really deserve 5 stars. Helmut met us before we could open the door and immediately made us feel welcomed and at home. My wife had the pork schnitzel. It was perfectly cooked and presented. I had the hunter... More

My husband and I stopped here last Saturday night for dinner on our way through Ft. Myers. It was probably about 30 minutes before closing but our food was fresh and so delicious! I had the pork schnitzel with German potato salad and my husband had Bavarian schnitzel which was the pork schnitzel stuffed with sausage and cabbage (I think)... More

Stumbled across this restaurant tonight. The food was amazing. Have no had spätzle this good since my Grandmother was alive. If you enjoy true authentic German food, this place is a must try.

This is a small establishment, but very authentic from the owners to the food. Friendly, helpful staff. I opted for the classic Wiener Schnitzel and substituted spatzle for the roasted potatoes. Love spatzle. I ordered the mushroom gravy for it and it was heaven. My friend had the sampling plate, which included small portions of a number of meats. He... More

We have fallen in love this this little restaurant. The menu is extensive and there is no bad choice. The portions are huge and don't be surprised if you meet new friends and you end up joining them at their table for dessert. This is a don't miss. Reservations are a must.
