There are several seating choices. Outside ground level, inside, and rooftop. We chose rooftop for the view on a beautiful night. Our server, Jersie, took our drink order right away and told us about bacon wrap jalapeno poppers for an app. I ordered the grilled...meatloaf with a side of cream spinach. My wife ordered the Gouda sandwich with mac and cheese. Everything was tasty, well presented and creative. Nice job Chef! Service was excellent. 10 twenty five should be on your list to visit in Ft. Myers.More

We have been to this restaurant twice in the past month as we really enjoyed our first visit. I would describe it as comfort food with imagination and not the typical menu. We typically eat healthy so if I am having something outside of a...Mediterranean diet I want it to be worth the calories and we were not disappointed. They also have nice cocktails and when I asked for a Cosmo cut with seltzer instead of all cranberry as not to be too sweet they obliged. We liked the outdoor seating area. Only thing that turned us off was a charge for a tiny bit of hot sauce for my sandwich.More

Great roof top atmosphere. Creative menu in the middle of a cute plaza in Fort Myers. Recommend flat bread pizza. Quick service.

Visited here for an early dinner yesterday before heading to the airport. The choices on the menu are great and the food was fantastic. We sat outside and enjoyed the view over the courtyard. There were 5 of us and we all enjoyed our meal....The staff was very friendly. I made sure to take note our server's name, as he was excellent- (Edgar). Would definitely visit here again if I was in the area! Downtown Fort Myers is definitely a nice area to wander around, shop and dine.More

Burgers are good - appetizers are good. Their Old Fashioned drinks are also good. Have not been to their other one. Parking is atrocious at the downtown location though.

Hostess and waiter were very pleasant and attentive. Nice variety on menu. Kitchen staff did a nice job. Food items were competitively priced. Liquor was 3 times more than the place next door. $9 for a shot of whiskey with Coke.More

We stopby for having mid day fun. We order beer and we try to order food, too. The waitress eat no food at this time and we understood. But drinking beer food was coming to other tables which arrived after us. Say what? And the...waitress didn't ask us if we want food because they serving now. Poor services. P.S. It is my first 1 star review. So to know.More

Nice brunch. I had the meat chimi with fruit. It was very good. Food was a 5. Waitress was a 4 so I would give it a 4.5 overall. All 4 of us liked our brunch.

Good place in downtown Ft. Myers to grab a beer and apps. Wide beer selection, plenty of local brews and drafts to choose from. Fun atmosphere with tables upstairs and downstairs and an outdoor upstairs patio as well. They do serve cocktails also, never tried...them but they do sound good.More

One of my favorite restaurants! The staff is always super nice, not always fast. The food is great with the best fries and pork tenderloin sandwich (not on limited Covid menu, though). The atmosphere is chill and relaxed. If it’s nice out, the rooftop is...a great spot for lunch!More

I was looking for someplace to eat on First Street but there are so many places that I couldn't make up my mind. The ladies at the Naples Soap Company told me this was their favorite place and they even gave me a menu. With...such a ringing endorsement off I went. The gastro pub and craft beer bar, 10 Twenty Five, is located in 33 Patio de Leon in downtown Fort Myers. It is in an alley that opens onto a courtyard off of First Street. When I walked up Mad Dan was doing his straightjacket unicycle trick in front of the restaurant. It was art walk Friday night in Fort Myers which is a really fun time to check out the downtown. The first 10 Twenty Five location was opened in 2016 by Chad and Amber Zollinger in Cape Coral. They expanded to this second location in 2019 in the building that formerly housed Bella Vita Grill, Prime de Leon Steakhouse and Morgan House. When they were kids they used to hang out here so they new the location well. When opening this restaurant they partnered with Nice Guys' bartender Jimmy Salemi to create the $10 craft cocktail menu. They plan on taking the cocktail menu back to Cape Coral. 10 Twenty Five is two stories and a really nice feature of this 210 seat restaurant is the 1,200-square-foot upstairs patio. The only other rooftop dining in downtown is at Firestone's Skybar. I counted no less than three bars as I made my way to my seat at the indoor second floor bar. After seeking the bartenders recommendation I started off the Gran-Mammy's Jam, a sweet and fruity cocktail made with coconut rum, raspberry liqeuer. lemon, and agave. It was so refreshing and delicious. The menu has an array of appetizers, sandwiches, soups, and salads. For my meal I ordered the smoked brisket flatbread, made with house smoked brisket, root beer BBQ, smoked cheddar, crispy onions, pickles, and house wiz. This was perfection but you can also build your own flatbread. Best of all it was delivered to me within minutes, it was lightening fast. There are so many places to eat on First Avenue but the locals know to go down the alley to seek out 10 Twenty Five. When I walked in everyone looked like they were having a great time and with two floors there is plenty of seating for everyone. I loved my visit and highly recommend them based on my experience.More
