The concept of Izzy’s Fish & Oyster began with memories of growing up on the shores of Cape Cod and the Islands where summers were filled with sunny days, balmy nights, sandy toes and bellies filled with the freshest seafood New England has to offer. For some, it will be a reminder of similar summertime memories and, for others, a first glance into New England cuisine right here in Ft. Myers. The driving passion is to create a memorable local seafood & beverage dining experience, serving traditional New England fare in a cool, fresh and hip setting. We can’t wait to share our story with you…

My husband and I recently ate at Izzy's and we had a wonderful time.
We were lucky enough to sit outside and it was fun. The service was great and the food was delightful. This restaurant is right downtown so it is convenient to everyone....More
Very good food. Portions could have been a bit bigger, however (at the very least in terms of the side dishes). The paella was really tasty, but I’m not sure it was an authentic paella, and it definitely could have used some more rice. Still...More
Friends insisted that we go with them to Izzy's in Fort Myers. Wow! What a great experience. It was December 1 here, and the evening air was perfect for their outdoor seating. All of Fort Myers downtown was lit for Christmas, and walking from our...More
Frequent visitors to Ft Myers on our boat. Izzy's is added to our best list along with Firestone, Cabo, Twisted Vine. CEBO. etc
Great bar scene, appetizers and great menu. Madison and Chad will make you feel at home. Highly recommended.
Stopped in after visiting the record store down the street. The place is really big and has outdoor seating. We both enjoyed our meals. The fresh catch of the day was salmon. I really doubt the salmon was catch in Ft Myers, but I ordered...More
Stopped by because they had some crab on the menu and we haven’t been able Torino stone crab in the fish market this year. Told because of the red ride the crabs moved South. We weren’t super hungry so sat at the bar to have...More
Walked by here at lunchtime and decided to try it. Nice setting. Very modern and clean looking. Lg bar area and several TVs to watch your sports. My husband had the fried oysters which were delicious. I had the catch of the day on rice...More
After a disappointing walk through Fort Myers art museum we decided to catch a quick lunch across the street. The menu had so many inviting choices I had a tough time making a decision. I finally decided upon the fried oysters and was not disappointed....More
I went here for my first time today. The bartenders were great! Theanna in particular went above and beyond to accommodate for my, sadly, many food allergies. She was very nice about it and even went to the kitchen to ask the staff back there...More
We had a fabulous waiter--but choices were either really good or really bad when served. For starters, the ceviche was fishy taking and made with too much vinegar, but the New England clam chowder was delicious. The entrees were sea scallops, which were tasteful, but...More
