Since we are unable to enjoy a served meal at Colleonis we are enjoying their superb take out meals. We do miss the interaction with Barbara, Giovanni and their capable staff, an look forward to their reopening. In the meantime, if we ever want Colleone’s...to reopen, it would be helpful if we patronized their take out service. On a weekly basis I have enjoyed the brief visit with Barbara and Giovanni at the “window”. It also gives you a chance to make a special request for the following week. Bon Appetito my friends!More

This restaurant was recommended many times to us and it did not disappoint. The food and service was fabulous, a singer came to our table and serenaded us. May be the best Italian in Ft Myers!!

We went for a birthday celebration with a total of eight people. Six ordered the Osso Bucco which everyone raved about. Was a large port flank with a generous quantity of meat on the bone. The wine list is extensive and the wine is chilled...to the best drinking temperature.More

I’ve been to Rome and all I can say is the food at Colleoni’s matches it. Starting with a warm welcome from the owner. A home-like feeling captures you at the door. Excellent appetizers and entrees alike. They have the best bruschetta I’ve ever eaten...at a restaurant. Every dish was fresh and was made with love and care. The singing waitress and extensive wine selection made a great romantic date night. Will definitely go back soon to try different dishes offered at this little Italy: Southwest Florida’s hidden gem.More

It started with the Host, who was the owner, Giovanni greeting us and taking us to our table, you could see how proud he was of his. We had an amazing appetizer and absolute delicious dinner entrees. The food was great, the service was great...and my Italian wife loved it and so did I. Plan to make this a regular place to eat everything we are in the area.More

We made 7:15 reservations on a Saturday night. The menu has quite a few courses, so we were excited to try the restaurant. We got our entrees not long before 9pm and were enjoying them, when the lights came on and all other tables emptied...out. They started vacuuming the floors as we were eating and enjoying the beginning of our second bottle of wine. It became very uncomfortable as it was clear they wanted to clean up and go. I don't think they should accept that time of reservation with a menu with all those courses. The food and service was excellent, but the rushing us out did put a big damper on the dinner out.More

Intimate setting with a cultured, but family feel to it. Food was outstanding. Veal cutlet Romana was superb. They offer half-portions which are still quite generous . The fttucini carbonara was great, as was the eggplant and the Trio plate. Wine list was extensive with...some very reasonably priced selections. We'll be back! Almost forgot- the lovely singing waitress was a nice touch.More

I have been to Italy twice, and I think they have done a wonderful job of bringing the culture and food to Ft Myers. Great food and service - food was excellent and the staff were very friendly

We have eaten there twice and the food has been fantastic. This past summer we toured Italy for over 2 weeks ... at Colleoni's both the food and the presentation is authentic. We shared a pasta dish for the 1st followed by the main. It...was a culinary experience. They have a singer who also serves tables. A quality voice makes the environment even more special.More

Welcoming and friendly staff. Those the evening special Ossobucco with Mushroom Risotto. Very nice serving with pork not needing a knife as it fell off the bone. Italian cheesecake is another reasons to come back
