Definitely try the Perfection roll - it is just that! It tastes like it may have popcorn butter on it, which sound odd, but is sooo good! The ceviche is wonderful too. I will go back next time I'm in town.

My family really enjoyed our first visit to SuViche. Their menu is very diverse and also has classics like Lomo Saltado. Loved everything from the empanadas, to the sushi, to the fried rice. Can't wait to go back.
