Louie Bossi is not your typical chef. Growing up in an Italian household in New York he remembers the aromas of roasted garlic and fresh meatballs sizzling from his family's kitchen. Raised by a single mother juggling three jobs, Bossi taught himself to cook at the age of eight. Working his way from dishwasher to cook at the local pizzeria Bossi developed a love for the art of pizza making. Relocating to Florida in 2000, Bossi landed his first job with Big Time Restaurant Group as grill cook. Exploring different positions within their popular portfolio of restaurants Chef Bossi proved to be one of the hardest working and most inspired chefs in the company, which earned him the coveted Executive

We were looking forward to try this place...The waiter JD was disinterested in anything but getting the order as quickly as possible to move on tho the next table. We ordered an appetizer that was supposed to come with ricotta and prosciutto, well after waiting...a runner brought it out and ran off before we realized it was missing the prosciutto Our waiter was no where to be found. By the time we asked another server to find him the bread that came with the app was cold... We noticed other people having ordered the same App they left off the prosciutto also. Then the main course ...The vodka sauce was tasteless and watery. My sorrentino was not hot tasteless and flat. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. My opinion dont waste your money...More

I love the Las Olas experience. They do a great job keeping Covid 19 clean, masks, sanitizing, social distancing. The staff is great, the decor is great, customers are mainly locals younger. The food is excellent.

Louie is consistent and always good. The food is always tasty and full of flavor here. I love to get the Quattro formaggio pizza, it’s one of my favorites. We have also been here for brunch and it has been great. The place is always...packed and the staff are very nice. We like to sit out back because it is a really great vibe and beautiful. This is a fun and delicious place to go just as a couple or a large group. If you haven’t been it’s worth the try.More

The foods are just hands down delicious. The bread is one of the best I‘ve had - fresh and home made paired with great olive oil. We ordered house red which is delicious even though not expensive. We split a paccheri with house made sausage...- everything us on point. Love the white sauce and mushroom. We had Brüssel sprouts on the site which is a good pair. One of the best dining experience!More

We live in Boca but drive to Bossi's on Las Olas because we find the food, service ambiance and total experience superior to the Boca location. Outdoor dining in the rear garden area is special and tables are nicely distanced. The Italian Job sandwich which...is served with chips and a side salad is excellent and great for lunch. Full bar service but we prefer beer. The salads, pastas and pizzas are all very good. Mid priced and worth it. Waitstaff is excellent at this location. Metered parking is tight but ample. A walk along Las Olas is an added treat.More

Great Rigatoni Bolognese with added Jumbo Shrimps. It was so good. It was very busy. Make sure you have reservation. Very relax atmosphere. You do have to pay for meter parking and you can use your credit card for parking system

Highly recommend this restaurant. Went with some friends this past weekend, and had a great meal. The back courtyard has a ton of little lights, and trees.

The pasta and pizza dishes are excellent. If you go ask to sit in the rear garden area. Waiter was fun and engaging. I really liked their Chili Pepper Infused olive oil. Noise level high but that gives it a cosmopolitan atmosphere. Not a place...for a romantic diner event.More

Manager does not deserve the servers he has... Although the food was amazing our server Bianka was 110% competant t and delivered terrific service when a question arose over a five dollar discrepancy between $104 bottle of wine was not half off and a $99...bottle of wine that was after speaking with the manager there was nothing he could do it was out of his realm of ability to meet us somewhere negotiate over the fact that it would be stupid for us to orderA bottle of wine that we had to pay full price and if we had ordered The $99 bottle we would’ve got it 50% off When they were pleading enough food to finance a small country town it’s a shame that customer service has gone out the window with managers and others in the service industry such as this man wasMore

After visiting on Sunday for brunch with a group of friends, all I can say is WOW. My friends and I started with the market salad and the antipasto plate and everything was so fresh. I then ordered the grilled chicken panini and let me...just say it was to die for, the were plenty of mushrooms and chicken that really made it worth it. One of my friends ordered the White Wine clams linguine and it looked beautiful. Have nothing bad to say, definitely worth every penny. Also, the view from the patio is outstanding. Definitely will be back!More
