The service was very good. The food was terrible. I had the cream of cauliflower soup and it had absolutely no taste. then I had the "handmade turkey sausage" with pasta. This was not sausage, it was just ground turkey thrown on top of the pasta. It also had absolutely no flavor. the only part of the lunch that was... More

Thank you for the review. Most importantly, I am sorry you had a disappointing experience. Our goal is to ensure we exceed the expectations of all guests and we did not with you and your husband. I was aware of your comments on the soup, but not of the other feedback. I visited your table multiple times and offered additional... More

I went to the Chef's Palette with a group from a local Fort Lauderdale church,"Senior Group" We had a choice of either salmon or chicken for the main course. I chose the salmon. It was excellent! Before lunch, there was a demonstration on making a fried banana desert that was "flamed" and served with ice cream. Each table was given... More

Choices somewhat limited. 3 choices in each courses. All the food was excellent tasting and appealing looking. One bread served W/ meal. Soda or tea extra.... More

Enjoy an affordable 3 course meal at a fast food price! Fun Environment watching the students! Atmosphere is casual, but the food is fine dining!

We didn't even know it was there. Our hotel was across the street. I saw the trip advisor reviews and decided to make a dinner reservation. It was a great value at $20 per person. The food was outstanding! We had the salmon and short ribs. The students were were very eager to please. Our waiter was nervous as this... More

Chef's Palette is very good. The students of the International Culinary School get their chance to work as server & chef. The meal was lunch I had snapper, veggies, tea, key lime pie.

We had lunch last Feb at Chef's Palette, and I could NOT WAIT to repeat the experience this winter! We managed to go for lunch, and 3 weeks later, dinner. Both events were FABULOUS!!! I have NEVER had such great food served in such a unique setting, for the amazingly low price that we were charged! The choices of appetizer,... More

When I was there I asked the server how long he had been there. He told me that this was his first time serving. He then went on to explain that he would be a server for 5 weeks and then would be a chef for 5 weeks. This was the first week that I was there, as a matter... More

This is my second review for this place. I came for dinner last year and I was so excited to return this year - I invited 3 relatives. Once again everyone in our party enjoyed the beautifully prepared food. And at $20/person for dinner for a 3-course meal, the final tab did not break my bank. Note that they no... More

This was our first visit and we were extremely satisfied. Our server was Athena and she was excellent. The food was outstanding. I highly recommend the chocolate lava cake desert.
