Chosen by friends I wasn't certain what to expect as reviews ranged from bad to great. Don't believe the reviews. Just go. Small venue but we had table in the back which was perfect for dinner talk. Food was awesome. And by awesome I mean bruschetta that would serve as dinner for 2 or appetizer for 4. Some may not... More

Living in Fort Lauderdale we have a great number of restaurants to choose from and j have to say that I haven't come across one that disappoints But no matter how many restaurants we have dinner in, we still return to our favorite Noodles Panini If you have an outside table you can eat as the world passes by Scott... My wife had not been here in a while. She used to frequent this place for many reasons. We were on Las Olas and my wife decided she needed to eat somewhere reliable. Noodles Panini apparently has the best meatballs around. So we ate here for lunch and was not disappointed. I had a 3 meat and cheese lasagna special... More

We came for Happy Hour, arriving early enough to beat any crowd that might develop. My wife ordered the bruschetta with tomatoes and mozzarella. This entrée was huge, easily enough for two. The large portion of bread was stacked high with diced tomatoes, which covered the underlying cheese. This colossus was sprinkled with balsamic vinegar. This entrée was very good.... More

Very good pomodoro pasta and the bread is crunchy and hot. Good wine. Not cheap at all but the food value the effort.

Went in this evening. Great pasta. I had the Pasta Nicholas. The service was "ok" , the table next to me complained about something and several people went over there for damage control. I wanted a tea refill, it took some time (no water on table either). So many restaurants on Las Olas... Good, but I would try another one... More

Why best? The cook their own sauces and mozzarella among other ingredients. Fresh made and you can taste the flavor. We had for appetizer the bruschetta and for entree a steak and pasta with meatballs. The pasta sauce was incredible. The tiramisu for dessert was also excellent. Thank you Scott for your service!

Being Italian and raised in an Italian neighborhood, I have an appreciation and certain expectations for authentic Italian food. Noodles Panini does not quite meet my standards for authentic Italian food. The tomato sauce is rather bland and the prices for simple pasta with tomato sauce are extremely exorbitant.

Our family stopped in for dinner during the week. We had the meatballs, a chopped salad, and pasta with a bolognese sauce. The meatballs were especially delicious. They are simply added to the sauce. Since they are not fried, they remain soft and have no fried crust. Really crazy good!
