PERFECT! My fiance and I went there tonight and it was awesome! The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. The owner is a very nice man and talks to everyone in the restaurant. You can tell that he takes great pride in making sure that every patron feels at home. Every staff member was super attentive and no... More

We ate at Canyon before the movies and had a great meal. We shared two starters and a main course which was perfect. The lobster salad and tuna Tatar were both great, especially washed down with a prickly pear margarita. We shared a main course of shrimp over a risotto cake which was fabulous. It was a special of the... More

Fantastic place to eat. We had Venison appetizer which was absolute tender meat. You can cut it with butter knife. Prickly pear drink with sugar on rim of glass. Rigatoni pasta was fantastic. Great atmosphere with southwestern style. The waiter was friendly and very helpful with the order. We would all go back to Canyon.

We came a little before 10pm on a weeknight. Is that so late for a restaurant that doesn't even open until 5pm. Service was politely but constantly rushed due to the staff wanting to leave asap. Food was good, but not worth $70 for two small dishes and two glasses of wine. And I was sick the next day, so... More

Great little spot with DELICIOUS food! Coming from RI, and being surrounded by fantastic restaurants, it's not too often that we are highly impressed by food in other states, however Canyon was a different story. We decided to just go with several small plates instead of the larger entrees. The "Shrimp and grits" was amazing. We ordered another one after... More

If you like to try new things, try the famous Prickly Pear Margarita. Whoda thunk it , right? The room is small and cozy with a few bar seats, so go early. The Mac and cheese and all apps are GREAT! Only place that I order these two. Full bar and the menu will give you what ever your taste... More

Some dishes were great and some very good. It is an expensive experience. The service was excellent. The noise level is terrible.

Must try the beef tenderloin tacos. They were exquisite! Beautiful atmosphere, and a pretty small place. The service was great! Our server was attentive and very nice!
