I have been to Canyon many times in the past 15 years. I have never written a restaurant review before. However if I am going to write about anyplace- it is here. I just went for dinner last night and it was AMAZING as usual. I go out to eat quite often and have been to several great places in... More

If you are looking for innovative delicious apps Canyon is the place to be. Half off signature margaritas for the ladies and half off apps. Portions are large enough for a meal or grab a booth for unique prepared meals. The cream of tomato soup is to die for accompanied with a baby grilled cheese. Try the Prickly pear margarita... More

Great food, menu changes constantly and each course is something special. Next to a movie theater that is kinda artsy but does show some first runs, makes Canyon the perfect date night/movie night restaurant. The worse part is the huge tv in the dining room that is sometimes on and very distracting.

Canyon was one of our favorite spots and then things changed slightly to where it was less inviting. BUT, things have changed again and now we have seen a consistent diet of unique creations that not only sound and look great, but also invigorate our taste buds. The consistent food, drinks, friendly faces and welcoming spirits are certainly worth return... More

I travel constantly. When I'm away, I'm always dreaming of the prickly pear margaritas, the octopus, the lobster/avo salad, and the famous poblano. I'm back home in 2 weeks. Canyon is my 1st stop!

Many years ago Canyons was a regular favorite spot for us! After moving out of town for eight yes we happened upon Canyons again and stopped in for their famous Prickly Pear Margaritas. Needless to say they were still Perfect. We decided to stay for dinner and had one of the best small plates dinners ever. Do not miss this... More

Start out with a Prickly Pear Margarita or two while you wait. Food=amazing. We shared several small plates to include....tuna tartare, shrimp and grits, beef tenderloin tacos, and Mac + cheese.... all on point. We also had the grilled sea scallops not my favorite more for texture reasons than flavor reasons. For our main entrees we had the homemade rigatoni... More
