Stopped here for breakfast right after we landed in Fort Lauderdale. We have 2 gluten intolerant people in our group and it was very nice to be able to order anything we wanted off the menu. Bland food. Not great service.

Food was very bland and lacked flavor. Service was slow for a small restaurant. When others came in they immediately got better and more service than my colleague and I did.More

Fresh and tasty

This is a really nice, casual spot for a healthy meal with delicious flavors. The interior is cute and has a wall of inspirational quotes. We had breakfast and really enjoyed. Coffee is legit and served in a press. I loved the sweet potato hash...served as a side with my eggs. If you are looking for regular bacon, this is not your place. Turkey bacon only and happens to be very good. Good stop.More

Great choice

Enjoyed lunch here twice. Great choices from a heathy menu and all gluten free. Our choices included delicious smoothies and juices, a Greek yoghurt with granola, banana and honey, Cinnamon infused pancakes with maple syrup and a wonderful salad. Friendly helpful service Close to the...cruise port, water taxi and hotels and shops on SE 17th St. What a find !!!More

Legit Vegan & Gluten Free cafe

Wonderful and tasty food. It was so good, we visited two days in a row. Lots of free and easy parking in the nearby lot.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Food is not fresh! I had mold on my plate! Management is also very rude, place was unclean. Not recommended.

Some hits and misses-very good overall

Stopped in for breakfast because of their concept. Nice place and love the wall of sayings. A bit on the pricey side but not too bad. Wife and I had Egg Sandwich and the Guac Toast. Both were a bit bland and we added the...hot sauce, salt and pepper. Egg sandwich waffle bread fell apart which made for some messy eating. The concept and passion of the staff makes it worth the price. Press pot coffee excellent.More

Good food, busy weekends

Good food. But you should be prepared to wait. Placed take out order and have to wait about 10mins for server. There should be at least 2 servers when busy hours.

Fresh ingredients

We found a great pre cruise breakfast spot! Lots of healthy fresh options. My Husband had the avocado toast and I had a juice. Well done!

Needle in the Haystack!

I am new to the area and was out for a morning stroll when I happened upon this restaurant. I think it is safe to say that I will now be a regular at this place! I had the pancakes with granola on top with...a side of turkey bacon, and I highly recommend to anybody.More

AMAZING

As someone who has celiac disease, I would 10/10 recommend eating here! It was so refreshing being able to walk into a restaurant and eat worry free. The food was amazing, the juices were delicious and the service was perfect!

Chicken "N" Waffles

I was looking for a healthy lunch alternative to the greasy fast food joints and stumbled across "Fresh First." I was in the mood for brunch, looked over the menu and "boom" there was my answer.....chicken and waffles! I have has some great Chicken n...waffles in my day, however, this has to be on the top of my list! If you are looking for waffles in your regular, sweet syrup, forget about it! This has a thick, juicy chicken patty on top of a Belgium waffle, tomatoes, drenched in a spicy hollandaise sauce, topped with an egg! It comes with homemade coleslaw. My wife had a classic BLT with turkey bacon and the substitute for regular bacon.More
