This restaurant was recommended by everyone we talked to; it was easy to get there on the Water Taxi route, but we could also have walked there easily 2 blocks from our Hilton hotel. We had the Fried Oysters and they were great; it's a rustic restaurant, on a deck, and you watch the yachts go by as you eat.... More

We arrived mid afternoon on a rainy day. We sat outside to watch the water, plus we were a large group. The food was very good the fish tacos were great but the service was really slow and it wasn't busy because of the weather. We had heard so many good things about the spot so we let it slide.... Ft Lauderdale area was my home for a few years and I always loved special occasions that would take us to "The Fish" as many here call it. I was in town for a short business trip and decided to take a trip down memory lane. I ate downstairs at the dock, and got a table overlooking the Ft Lauderdale... More

We just finished a delicious dinner upper level. Service was terrific, drink specialties were fun. The food was tantalizing I had the crispy Red Snapper. My husband the Scallops and my daughter had the Mahi Mahi. All of the dinners were excellent. Unfortunately no room for dessert. Fun to watch the boats and feed the Tarpon fish.

This is a stop on the Water Taxi route and has a great view of the Inter-Coastal waterway. If you get a coupon from the water taxi driver you get a free dessert. The shrimp tacos were tasty and my wife said the burger was good as well. While you're here you can get bait to feed the fish out... More

I had the opportunity to eat here a few weeks ago when on business the chilean sea bass was awesome.. The service was beyond compare... I was solo diner and hostess & server went of their way to give me a water view.. Very attentive. Would go back, but would not get Conch chowder... It was ok, not my taste

I've been coming here for years. Fine dining upstairs, casual family friendly down stairs. Doesn't matter where you sit the view is priceless. Enjoy the fresh grilled Mauhi with conch fritters and smoked fish dip. Top it off with real Key Lime Pie. TVs at the Full bar. Margaritas are delicious. Send the kids next door to the marina to... This is one of our "go to" restaurants every time we visit Fort Lauderdale. There's something for everyone. When our kids were little we ate outside on the deck so they could watch and feed the huge tarpon that swim around right next to your tables. This time around we ate upstairs and indoors and had a table by the... More

Voted "Best Seafood Restaurant", "Best Waterfront Restaurant" and "Best Restaurant to take your parents" in South Florida by a Sun-Sentinel readers poll in 2013. Legendary Local Dining Landmark and Marina. Casual dining with fresh seafood. DockSide Cafe, offers live music on weekends, while watching the daily feeding of Giant Silver Tarpons at our docks. Incredibly creative dining upstairs in a historic setting of early Fort Lauderdale and the marina, a "hush-hush" naval research facility in WW II. Complimentary valet parking and dock for your boat. You simply will not find better views in South Florida, with hundreds of boats navigating the waterways.
