Our daughter was visiting from London on her way to Cartagena the next day and we wanted to celebrate her birthday with a Tapas meal. We couldn't have selected a better restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. Eatapas has a big menu and we order 9 items...plus the biggest pitcher of Sangria. All amazing with fantastic service. We had dessert so instead of cake they brought a large strawberry with a candle while they sang "Happy B'day". Fun.More

What a great place. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted warmly by Tim. The food was authentic and delicious. Standouts included the octopus with garlic, the potato omelette and the white anchovies. Service was fast and good. We really enjoyed the guitarist...and flamenco dancer duet. It was 5:30 on Father’s Day evening and the place was packed.More

One of our favorite restaurants in South Florida, for the first time I was able to find carajillos (liquor 43 with an expresó) which is really hard to find in the US. The food is just absolutely fantastic, Monica the waitress is outstanding and so...energetic. I enjoy the service here but even more when they want you to have a foodie experience more than, Monica told us the secret of putting chistorra in our paellas and wow that really makes it the way we like it. Is funny to say but she also just recommended our new favorite desert, rice pudding crème brûlée is just deliciously good. The ambiance is literally like been in Spain, great Spanish guitar and the flamenco dancers, they created a very special vibe full of fiesta, good music, good food and friendly service. Congratulations and thank you for such outstanding culinary adventure.More

We thought this would be a fun place to celebrate a Birthday but man was I wrong! The place is way too loud, absolutely impossible to talk to anyone without shouting. The food was underwhelming and very pricey. The waiter made a huge mistake and...the manager never cared enough to take accountability even though our bill exceeded $500. They are in dire need of customer service training. Overall terrible experience not worth my hard earned money. Customers beware!More

The selection of tapas is authentic Spanish, the preparation is close. If you want a Spanish evening this is your place in Fort Lauderdale. There is quite loud music and performances on the weekends but also expect noisy background on the other days.

We met our friends at the restaurant where we were greeted by Tim and taken to their table. The atmosphere was casual and friendly. Sangria was the drink of the night. The service was superb. We enjoyed several small plates including; Gambas al ajillo -...Shrimp sauteed with garlic brandy sauce with crushed red pepper flakes Mejillones albarino - Mussels in albarino white wine, garlic and oil Pollo a ajillo- Sautéed chicken in garlic, brandy sauce with crushed red paper flakes and potatoes chips Croquetas de bacalao - Cod fish croquettes All were excellent and very reasonably priced. The entertainment was also excellent with a guitarist and dancer playing Spanish and some rock music. A great evening.More

Was a little disappointed with the food. for the most part all the items we ordered were ok, nothing really stood out as great. Both grilled octopus plates we ordered really didn't have much flavor to them. We ordered a bunch of items and were...hoping the next items to come would be better but never was. The best part of the night was we sat on the table on the stage so we were able to see the performance up close. They were great.More

Very attentive and efficient service and lively entertainment. The tastiest tapas were the sliced ham by the ounce, fried ham croquettes, roasted potatoes and chicken empanadas. Everything on the menu was clearly labeled for those with dietary restrictions. The Spanish wine recommended by our server...was excellent. I could have skipped the octopus as well as the chickpea sausage dish because both were a bit too salty. There were families with very small children and babies, not something typically seen in Fort Lauderdale in a restaurant at this price point. If you arrive early you can park free in their lot, but later there will only be valet parking. Generally a good experience. I’m not sure that I would return, only because it’s not close to my first choice in cuisine. The food is quite rich, and we tend to seek out lighter and healthier food.More

So I joined the dinner crowd here and it felts like you're in the living room among friends without being on top of each other. It was warm, it was vibrant, it was all fun and games with a full tasty meal. Our waitress and...other staff checked on us while we dined and listened to a live band and enjoyed the ambiance of a beautiful and friendly crowd. A definite repeat!! looking forward to trying more Items off the Tapas menu. Such a great experience.More

This relatively new restaurant is situated in a large space within a strip shopping center. There is ample parking as well as valet service. Upon entering, you will be transported to Spain with the open, aromatic and friendly ambience of the place. Our waitress quickly...sat us and brought menus and very good bread. She suggested and we tried pistaccio martinis which were awesome. The menu is divided into a very large list of tapas, traditional Spanish entrees, a variety of paella and a list of kids items. We chose to try the tapas and started with a choice of three that were enough for 2 people to share. All were so good we chose a different 3 two times thereafter. They were delivered from the kitchen very fast. There was live music from a guitarist that added to the pleasnt experience. Following dessert and very good coffee, we left content. We plan to return soon and try the entrees.More

We love tapas restaurants, so this was a must try for us prior to a cruise. The atmosphere with the live music was fantastic. The cheese tapas were delicious. This was our very first time trying paella, and we opted for the Montanesa, which had...rice, chicken, pork, sausage, and chickpeas. Absolutely outstanding! They even prepared our sangria tableside with a choice of ingredients. We will be back!More

This was one of the best food experiences I have had in South Florida in years. Bravo to the owners who took over a former restaurant and turned it into an amazing space that feels like you are in Madrid or Barcelona. The service was...spot on. Fast, friendly and not too pushy. They kept my water glass fresh and filled which is something I always notice. We did multiple tapas plates and there was not one bite that was not delicious. I cannot begin to praise one dish more than the other, because everyone was excellent. We are already planning a return visit with a group of friends. My husband has spent a lot of time in Spain and said that it was the best Spanish food he has had outside of Spain. Treat yourself. Go hungry and enjoy!More
