A big No-No for the weekend staff... The blond Waitress pretty much ruined the mood for the dinner. Service too slow - food served too cold.

I never give reviews to people or places since I don’t like messing with other’s work. I bought two tickets for the Moon Cabaret show on April 8th. I got a call, at 5:05 pm on the same day of the show asking if I...was willing to change from an 8 pm show to, no a new show at 9:30pm. Apparently by buying my tickets on April 8th I wasn’t making a reservation or holding a table. I said to her at 5:05 pm that it was fine but if everything would be kept the same since I paid for 2 VIP tickets. The lady on the phone said yes, so everything was fine. After agreeing to the new show and time, re-arraigning my plans (I live down in Miami, like an hour or so away), I got a new call at 5:55 pm asking if I could just sit at the bar (even though I paid VIP) and go to the previous show at 8 pm since the other people she called to change to the 9:30 show didn’t agree to this change. I told her I just couldn’t change the time back and that I wasn’t comfortable sitting at the bar since I wanted the table for Covid safety reasons as well. She claimed that I would have a better view from the bar and that a VIP ticket only guaranteed a glass of champagne, not seats or table. I have been to other shows and know that the view from the tables is better than the bar. Additionally I told her that I made new arrangements to go to the late show, to which she claimed to called me only 30 mins ago, when it had almost been an hour. Lastly I just had to ask for my money back, which is a shame because I’ve been to other shows at other places and have had great experiences.More

Love, love, love this place. It was the highlight of our trip to Florida, so much so that we went twice. Great food, amazing entertainment and strong drinks. I wish we had a place like this back home! I can’t wait to go back for...a visit.More

Went recently on a family dinner. The vibe was laid back, with a 1920's "speakeasy" theme to the decor, and drinks on the menu were prohibition favorites (see menu image). The restaurant had both indoor and outdoor seating (set up in a portion of the...parking lot, to allow for extra patrons as per phase 2 restrictions) The food was tasty and portions were generous. They happily accommodated a member of our party with dietary restrictions. Pricing was fair. The evening we went there, they had live music outside, which was fantastic. After we had finished, we hung around for a while longer just to enjoy the show; it was that good. To my understanding, they have live music most nights. Highly recommended restaurant.More

Oh what a fun night! Tried with with friends while visiting the area! So glad we did! Rick and Victor were the entertainment for the evening and boy did they entertain! Requests from the patrons, with the exception of a few! Sang for 2.5 hours...no break! Laughed, sang along and throughly enjoyed ourselves. Oh yes the food was good too! At the end of the night,Steven, the owner passed out free after dinner shots!More

This was our first time we dined at Gatsy's Joint. Fun menu to share variety of snacks, salads, vegetable appetizers, and small, medium and large plates. We totally enjoyed the Giant Meatball, Brussel Sprouts in Kimchi Sauce, Caviar Tasting, Roasted Head of Cauliflower, and Korean...BBQ Baby Back Ribs. Look forward to trying other items on the menu. The entertainment was so much fun, Piano Bar Saturday's with Rick & Mailyn. Very accomplished musician and singer, with comedic twists. They took requests all night and had everyone singing and and laughing throughout the show. Hardly took a break. Definitely an evening to remember and want to recreate with other friends.More

Gatsby’s Joint is a small place with big impact. DJ Cat Shell was spinning her sexy beats on my first trip, and on another visit I attended a Burlesque Show right out of an old speakeasy. Master Mixologist Ali and a great staff explain the...drinks and dishes as the warmth of Owner’s Rimma & Steve chat with you table side as though you’re old friends catching up. Truly a gem in Ft. Lauderdale! Highly recommended.More

Outstanding entrees and tapas. Sunday night entertainment the best! My friend took me to Gatsby’s Joint for my birthday and boy did we have a great time. The small plated items were perfect, perogies, caprese burrata salad, lamb dumplings and Korean BBQ Baby Back ribs...were awesome. Our server made some recommendations for drinks and we delighted with her choices. It was our first time to Gatsby’s joint and had no idea that they offered entertainment. Rick Leonard and Victor Valdez were terrific singers with a comedic twist that made us thoroughly entertained. We will be back for more Sunday night fun. Food was superb too. Overall wonderful experience.More

We went in to Hear Victor Sing. We stayed for dinner. Service was wonderful and so was the meal. They are very accommodating. They combined two sides into a meal for me, it was delicious! I did not have to ask for this the waitress...suggested it, she was so helpful. The Other tow dishes were perfect as well. Great Joint to Hang out in and chill while listening to music. Perfect spot to take a group of friends for the evening. Highly recommend for a fun night out.More
